We had never used Rover before, but Ying helped guide us through the process, ensuring we provided the proper information to help her help us, and kept in close contact throughout the trip to put us at ease that our fur-babies were being well taken care of. Ying was so wonderful with our 2 cats; playing with them, sending great photos/videos, and keeping their litter+food areas clean and tidy the entire time. She even went above and beyond and cleaned up a little unfortunate vomit one of our cats left one day. Additionally, one of our cats is normally EXTREMELY shy, but after the first few days, we could see in the photos and videos that he was running up to Ying and she made a great friend out of him.
