We had a great experience with Mathias! He was quick to respond and sent multiple photos throughout the visit. Matthias made sure Ollie had plenty of outdoor time in his fenced in backyard. You can tell that he is knowledgeable about the various needs that a dog might have and takes great care of them. My pup will sometimes not eat a lot whenever he is in a new environment, but Matthias had the idea to make put a little wet food with his dry food and it worked perfectly! I always get a happy pup back to me whenever I go to Matthias.
Varsha was able to watch our pups after our initial sitter canceled, and she has treated our dogs so well! She sent pictures and updates everyday and we felt secure knowing they were with her. She is so sweet and accommodating, we definitely recommend Varsha and am happy to have her board our dogs again!
Our dog, Buddy, had a wonderful stay with Evelin!!! He does not do well in a kennel boarding environment and usually stays with a family member. However, we wanted to give Rover a try and we hit the jackpot with our initial booking! Evelin is such a great person and truly loved him like he was her own. We got lots of pictures and updates. We didn't worry about him AT ALL. In fact, he might would prefer to stay with her and her fur babies! Everyone got along so well. We will definitely use her for future bookings.
This is one of those situations in which I really DON'T want to leave a ood review because then everyone will want to book with them, but they were beyond wonderful pupsiiltters. Not only were they super responsive, but they went above and beyond woth my dog, who is senior and dying from cancer. They didn't just treat her like part of the family-- they made her part of the family! My dog literally didn't want to come home with me when I went to pick her up! She genuinely fell in love with them! Thank you for such a great experience!
Marisa and Evan took such great care of our girl! She is a big dog that has a hurt leg requiring a future surgery, and they were able to help her stay comfortable and administer her meds while we were away. The daily photos and updates were a consistent reassuring reminder that she was is very good hands. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!
