About: Hi my name is Katelyn but I go by Nova! I’ve taken care of animals since I was around 8 years old and can’t imagine not having one with me. I now have just 2 cats and a bully mix. I’ve taken care of mainly herding mixes so I can safely say that dogs that are “a lot of dog “ are my specialty. Positive reinforcement based Training has also been a special interest of mine for a few years now and so I’m quite knowledgeable on that subject as well! I work full time pet sitting and dog walking! Because of this I’m pretty much always available to care for or walk your fur baby! I will care for your animals with the utmost care, responsibility, safety, and detail as if they were my own. I’m unable to provide boarding services at the moment but I still do pet sitting!

About: I was raised with farm and domestic animals! I have a passion for animal care and am in school so I can one day become a vet! I currently work in a vet hospital! My background is in high medical needs pet sitting, high energy animals, and I used to train animals! I currently work on a split schedule - so I can almost always be available for your pets! I’m great at overnight sits or scheduled walks - and love making sure that every need of your pet is met! I am detail oriented and love making sure that your pet feels as loved when you’re gone as when you’re home. I have a lot of experience in making sure that your pet feels comfortable, fed, and safe. I love making sure pets stay on their same routine as they normally would, and are getting daily enrichment.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for over a decade. Your furry family members will be a part of my family while under my care. There are great routes in my neighborhood for walking if the backyard isn’t the best way to burn off energy. I am experienced with oral and injectable medications if needed. I like to keep to a schedule and once we get a routine going on day 1, I am sure your pup will feel at ease with me and Nola! My weeknights are mostly open and I have plenty of time most weekends to care for you furry family member! I am typically at work during the weekdays for 8 hours, but can certainly make it work if your pup needs to be checked on more often! Dogs are allowed on the furniture and in bed. I have a larger crate if your pup needs to be crated at any time. I also keep an eye on the pups while they are in the yard. I am able to separate the pups during meals and have no problem with any additional mealtime requests! My goldendoodle, Nola, gets along well with other dogs and is loves having friends over to play! She can be a little guardy of me at times, but will get comfortable when encouraged. Let’s set up a meet and greet!

About: I love dogs! I believe dogs are part of the family and definitely a gift from above. I have a blue merle French bulldog, Cheeseburger (my at the time, 13 year old son, chose the name🍔). Cheeseburger is my therapy, my heart and my baby. I used to co-own the sweetest, most loyal Rottweiler, Freakie Jim (I did not name him either). I grew up with a huge, boisterous yellow Labrador, Jake (also did not name) who was a puppy till he was 5 years old. You know what I mean if you know Labs. I think dogs get me and, for the most part, I get them. My parents have had a string of Spaniels-Katie, Rosie, Philly and Peggy. Next lifetime, I'm coming back as a dog! I volunteer with the Humane Society of Charlotte. We enjoyed taking Pinto from Animal Care & Control on a staycation. In my free time, I love to travel, spend time with friends and family and learn as much as I can about anything I can, true nerd at heart. One time I almost missed my cruise departure because I went to find dog food for the roaming dogs on the streets of Belize. Luckily, I found some dog food and made it back on the boat. I have a flexible schedule and availability. References are available upon request I have a crazy schedule that may have me working anywhere from 3-5 days a week at my other jobs. But I have lots of time where I am off for walks or drop-in visits. I also have a responsible teen that helps take care of Cheeseburger and loves dogs as well. I have a fenced yard and a friendly Frenchie. I also love taking longer walks on a greenway or walkable neighborhood. We occasionally host a black Lab at our home as a trade with friends for doggie boarding.

About: I have years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently own three dogs whom i’ve had since they were puppies, including an 11-year-old senior dog and two energetic 2-year-old dogs, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets with different energy levels and needs. I also have a 1-year-old cat, which has given me great experience with feline care as well. Because of this, I understand how to care for pets of all ages, from young and playful to older pets that may need extra patience and attention. I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I’m also happy to send photo updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away. I currently work part-time and usually only work one day a week, so I have a flexible schedule. This allows me plenty of time to care for pets, give walks, playtime, feeding, and attention. I treat every pet like my own and always make sure they are safe, comfortable, and supervised. I carefully follow owner instructions, keep environments clean, and give pets plenty of attention. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time. If a pet is nervous or needs space, I also have a separate apartment where they can stay comfortably away from my pets.

About: My daughter and I have been caring for pets since she was 6 years old. She is now 19 and we have one adorable fur baby, Gumbeaux Roux. We’ve had Guinea pigs, fish, a bird and we are now on our 2nd dog. We specialize in cuddles and belly rubs. My daughter is off to college now so Gumbeaux and I would love to get acquainted with your fur baby. We take turns caring for our precious baby. We have a routine that we adhere to strictly. We do walks before school/work, after school/work and before bed. On weekends, we keep the timing in order to remain consistent. Our home is definitely pet friendly. We only require crating when gone from the home for long periods of time, such as working hours. Outside of working hours, the baby is free to roam about the house. While my yard is not fenced in, I have a yard leash that can accommodate small dogs only.

About: I have spent a few years volunteering at my local animal shelter to walk the dogs and help take care of the cats. I have spent most of my life raising puppies. I also have experience with dog sitting for my family and friends. I'm in class during the morning until 2 pm and I work part-time on the weekends, I have plenty of time to care for your pup! I live in a townhouse with a small fenced-in yard, I have plenty of room to supply a crate if need be. I do not own any pets so, your pup will feel like the king/queen of the house

About: I have been taking care of animals the past 7 years in Nebraska, Atlanta, and now Charlotte. I work from home and my goal is to spend as much time as I can with your pet. I also LOVE taking pictures and will send you many while you are away. NOTE: I can also care for other animals other than dogs and cats. I have also watched guinea pigs, bearded dragons, rabbits, and fish. Do not hesitate to reach out your other furry or non-furry friends. I work from home Monday-Friday from 8-5 pm. This gives me a very flexible schedule to accommodate to your furry friends needs. If I have other plans or things going on around the time of your services I will be sure to always communicate those. While I am a guest in your home I try and maintain all routines for your pets. This helps them remain calm while their favorite people are away. Your home will remain and be returned to you in the same shape as when you left.

About: I currently have four dogs of my owned that I have rescued when they were just 2 months old. Even with the busy adult life, I am able to take really good care of my fur babies! Under my care I will treat you dog as if they were my own dogs. The dogs will never even know that you were gone! I am comfortable being around any breed of dogs, and will mare sure I take care of them to the best of my ability! If I could have all the dogs in the world I would adopt all of them, but in the meantime I am more than happy to help take care of dog and puppies! I currently work part time as a swim coach and as a nanny, so my schedule is flexible during the day. I am able to work with your dog’s schedule. When I am at a clients home I ensure that their pet is comfortable and is safe from any harm. It’s important for me that their pets don’t run away or hurt themselves while at home. I am currently working part-time, so I am flexible to fit your dog's schedule and needs! I am free in the morning and evenings, I just have work between 2-6 hours depending on the day. I can talk to you more about my schedule, once you request a booking! When I am at a clients home, I always ask if their dog tends to escape or run away. I have an escape artist myself, so I know this is something I would want my sitter to know. Because of my experience, I always make sure the dog is where they need to be and if any additional doors need to be closed/locked before leaving! While at home, I usually always have the dogs hanging out with me with whatever I am doing.
