About: I’ve taken care of all types of dog breeds since I was 16, I have experience with training puppies as well as working with older dogs and disabled ones as well. And I would love to care for yours! I currently work early mornings from 4:30am to around 11am, Monday through Friday but besides that I have open availability the rest of those days. I have an open place for your animals to walk with me as well as a friendly furry friend named Phoebe to keep yours company. If them staying with me is not what you want when it is just me one on one with your babies I pay extensive attention to their needs to make sure they are happy and healthy when you are not there.

This is my second time booking with Nathan and there's a reason I keep coming back. I have two dogs — Hippo and Cocoa — and leaving them is always the hardest part of any trip. Nathan completely takes that stress away. He treats my dogs like family, not like a job. Throughout the stay he keeps in regular touch with updates, cute photos, and videos that honestly made me smile every single time. Hippo and Cocoa also love playing with his dog, which is such a bonus — they come home happy and worn out in the best way. If you're the kind of person who spends half a vacation worrying about your pets, Nathan is your person. I won't book with anyone else!
Where do I begin! Megan was absolutely wonderful with our Lucy. I loved receiving updates throughout the day, especially all the sweet, silly, and snuggly photos. We met about a month before the stay, and I immediately felt that she would be a great fit for Lucy while we were away. It’s always hard leaving your fur baby behind, but Megan made the entire experience so much easier. I felt completely at ease knowing Lucy was in loving, caring hands and getting just as much attention and affection as she does at home. We came back to a happy pup, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!
Laura is the very best of the best! She and Nora Kate are such wonderful hosts—plenty of room for a dog to play outside, be totally loved, and hang out with the sweetest pair in Laura and Nora Kate! Lots of pictures and our Chloe always comes home so happy. Laura is so kind and accommodating, going above and beyond. I cannot recommend Laura enough!
Laila was very attentive and gave our pup lots of attention. She expressed appropriate concerns for caring for her first puppy of 5 months old. She was very communicative and responsive within the app when hiccups came up. Caring for a puppy is not easy work but I know she put her heart into it!

Lori is absolutely amazing! She was a complete joy to meet and made me feel super comfortable. She was really patient with Fitz as he can be a bit barky, but he's a sweet boy and she gave him tons of Grace to get the barks all out of his system. She sent pictures and video. He looked so comfortable and cozy in her home belly up which literally indicates they trust their environment. She was super accommodating from the meet and greet all the way through pick up and drop off. I'm kind of particular about his diet routine and she was great making sure that he stayed on task with everything. She even helped maintain continuity with some of his training that I'm working on with him by practicing it while he was with her as well. She is definitely my new go to for my Fitzy!
Andi is incredibly detail-oriented, thorough, and genuinely loving as a pet caretaker. From the start, Andi asked thoughtful questions that other sitters usually don’t, which immediately gave me confidence in their level of care and preparation.I had zero doubts that my dog was in good hands. I also really appreciated the frequent updates and photos showing my dog settling in, plus their fast and clear communication throughout the stay. You can tell Andi truly cares and takes this responsibility seriously. I would absolutely book with them again.
Jennifer did a great job with our sweet 9-year-old doodle, Sadie. We could tell Sadie was very relaxed and comfortable within a short time after arriving at Jennifer's home (for the first time). We could tell because Sadie was comfortably napping a foot away from Jennifer's chair (in a photo she sent). When we picked up Sadie, she seem very relaxed and happy. We loved that Sadie did not seem to require an urgent bathroom break when we got home which sometimes happens when sitters get impatient with our pickly little princess and bring her in before she has the chance to do her #2 business.
This was Bash’s second time staying with Ativa and it was wonderful again. I can tell Bash had a great time during his first stay because when we went for drop off this time he ran straight to her and paid no attention to me 😂 Safe to say he loves his new human friend and her little sweetie Sugar. We’ll definitely be booking again when the time presents. Thank you again Ativa for keeping my sweet boy!
