I love dogs and have been watching them for friends for the past 13 years, as well as having several family dogs while growing up. The last few years, I expanded into keeping pets for people in the surrounding neighborhoods. I really enjoy treating their pets like my visiting family members. I can tailor the activity level to each dog, some with lots of walks and others with leisure time or playing in the yard. My husband works from home and my college age daughter is usually around so there is plenty of extra attention to go around. My grandkids visit sometimes on the weekends and really enjoy playing if the dogs are up to it. I have kept several senior dogs who sometimes need a little more quiet time. I work with the dog’s schedule and diet so the adjustment is easier for them. I am a volunteer with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Animal Care and Control center so they have completed a background check on me in addition to the one Rover performs. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies. We all work from home now, so your pups will get lots of attention and potty breaks. We treat your pups as our family while they are here. We have a fenced in yard for your pups to run around and play. We also have a screened porch so they can get some fresh air even if it’s raining outside.
