Joshua was wonderful! He scheduled a “meet and greet,” which was very helpful. I could tell right away that he cares a lot about animals. While we were away, he communicated every day, with photos and updates about my pets and all that he did to help out. I had asked him to set up the cat feeders, give treats and clean the litter. He did everything perfectly. He also was inconvenienced by the paving of our neighborhood, which required him to walk much farther to our home.
