“We love Maria and her family! They treat Blanche as if she were their own. Blanche loves going to their house and having friends to play with! We're so happy we found Maria as our Rover sitter and will use them for a long time to come!!”

“My family and I were going out of town and I needed someone to look after my dog. It was last minute but Samara graciously agreed to keeping him for us. She let us know she had another dog and asked if we minded. I love how she communicated with us about having another dog with her. Throughout his stay, she sent me photos and let me know how he was doing. My dog seemed to have enjoyed himself and I will definitely be requesting Samara next time we go out of town.”

“Shannon was such a wonderful caretaker for our Mini Aussie for almost a week; the dog came home healthy and happy! Shannon sent us daily pictures and was quick to respond. I’ll definitely use this Rover sitter again!”

“AA+++ Kimberly is the real deal when it comes to pet sitting. We had travel plans over Christmas and needed someone to watch out 15+ year old Chihuahua. He had special needs, but Kimberly said no problem. She put our mind at ease with the first meeting. While we were gone she kept in contact and sent us pictures everyday. She loved on him like he was her own fur baby. Absolutely will use Kimberly again when the occasion arrives. Just can't say enough good things.”

“My experience with Carolyn was great. My dog really felt at ease in her home -- was already off playing and didn't even say goodbye to me when I dropped him off. She was easy to communicate with on the app and sent a photo while I was away. I felt like she treated my dog like one of her own and would use her again.”

“Cristian was awesome with our little guy. The pictures he sent showed how much Charlie enjoyed his time with him. Cristian said he’ll miss his little shadow. We will certainly use him again when we travel without Charlie.”

“Sherrie was absolutely amazing! She allowed our doggies to stay another night since we got back into town so late! She was very nice and I could just tell our dogs were in a safe home! I will definitely be trying to use her again everytime!!!”

“Jennifer was awesome! So genuinely caring and kind. She took great care of my fur baby while hubby and I were away. She kept us updated with photos and videos throughout. I highly recommend Jennifer!”

“She has done a great job making my usually extremely anxious dog comfortable and even able to play with her own dog. She was understanding and flexible with drop off and pick up times, if something happened that I needed an earlier time for either.”

“Michelle was great from the beginning. Willing to meet up so the dogs could meet prior to their stay Shay was so sweet and meet up was perfect. It was a long week without my “boys” but daily pictures and updates sure helped. 100% will use Michelle again!”

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for many years. Before my current dog, Brinkley, I raised two Miniature Dachshunds from the time they were 6 weeks old until they passed away at ages 16 and 17. Caring for them through every stage of life, from energetic puppies to senior dogs with changing needs gave me extensive hands-on experience with daily care, exercise, medication routines, patience, and lots of love. Today, I’m a proud dog mom to Brinkley and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I treat every dog in my care as if they were my own, providing plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and personalized care to help them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I look forward to meeting your pup and giving them the love and care they deserve! 🐾❤️ Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I am already a dedicated dog mom to my own pup, Brinkley. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day. Having cared for dogs for most of my adult life, I understand the importance of consistency and routine. Whether your pet needs an active walk, extra cuddle time, or simply a reassuring presence while you’re away, I can provide reliable, loving care tailored to their needs. I treat every pet as part of the family and make their comfort, safety, and happiness my top priority. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. When your dog stays in my home, they will be treated like part of the family and receive plenty of love, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where pets can relax, play, and feel at home. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medications (if needed), and any special instructions you provide. As a lifelong dog owner and current dog mom to Brinkley, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your furry family member is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away.
“I recently had Abby sit for my energetic goldendoodle while I was in Abilene visiting family. I could tell right away she was a natural with animals because she was very comfortable with my giant Muppet of a dog. My father just so happened to live within walking distance to her home and she suggested that I come over to say hi to my baby later in the evening if I wanted. I came by for a quick visit and my doodle was having a great time with her lab and a visiting beagle puppy. He did wonderful at her house and an extra perk is that she has a lovely park right mere steps away from her front door. Thanks Abby for taking good care of my baby!!”

“Alison is amazing! We were so nervous to leave our babies with someone but Alison gave us great updates and treated them like her own babies! I wouldn’t want to leave my dogs with anyone else! We will definitely be contacting Alison for future plans to dog sit when needed!”
“My babies had a great time! Denali was very attentive to them and they seem to be tuckered out when they came to us. We will definitely be making a future visit and I know they’re excited to do so! 😊”

About: I've had pets since I was 10 years old. I have experience sitting for friends and family. I've attended training classes with two of my own dogs. I currently work part-time so I'll have plenty of time to play and care for your furry baby, feed them, take potty breaks and love on them. I have a fenced yard and plenty of space for your furry baby to run morkie and play with my 5 or old playful morkie.
About: I have worked in the pet industry for over 20 years. I owned a grooming and boarding facility for 14 years and after having children have transitioned to home-based grooming and boarding. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
