About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of 2025 :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours WEDNESDAY night thru SUNDAY. morning. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Thursday thru Saturday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. Care. is what I provide pets. I want them to have the creature comforts that make them feel all warm and comfy and content.

About: I have had animals in my home ever since I can remember! I am a professional dog groomer of 4 years and am CPR certified. I have worked with many different dog breeds and temperaments, as well as senior dogs, puppies and special needs dogs. At the moment I am usually available during the day for walks and drop ins and I am available in the evening with prior notice. I offer in home pet sitting, walks and drop ins services. A typical day would include filling up water and food bowl, walks up to an hour, and play time of course! I can also provide as many photo or video updates as you would like.

About: I have loved animals all my life, and my experience has ranged from caring for my own pets, to short-term and long-term fostering for friends and military families. I have cared for dogs, cats, hamsters, lizards, bunnies, birds and small livestock. I love them and treat them all as though they are my own. I am currently a currently a stay at home mom, and my children are now all school-aged. I care for my animals at home, and I have an open schedule, heart, and home to care for other animals. I have a about 1.3 acres of land with a dedicated (vinyl) fenced in area for dogs so I have plenty of room for outdoor playtime. Indoors, a few of my animals are crated at night based on their individual needs but all walk freely during the day. In your home, I am open to whatever is most comfortable for your pet.

About: Every dog deserves 2 walks a day and ample room to run & play! I’ve also completed basic training classes. I dog sit for multiple friends & family members. Let me know your dogs needs! I am home in the summer. I walk my dog before and after the heat of the day. My schedule is very flexible, just let me know your dog’s needs! I have a fenced in yard. My laundry room has a dog door. My mini Aussie loves to play in our half acre yard with others!

About: I love animals with all my heart!! I currently have a high energy large German Shepard and Lab at home who I adore. I am great with all breeds and not scared of reactive dogs. I am very patient and dedicated to making sure all pets are safe, happy and well taken care of. I don’t own any cats, but I love them just the same and I am more than willing to accommodate!! I am currently a student and I do most of my school work from home leaving lots of free time for pet care, I am very flexible with my hours and I can do early mornings / late nights My German Shepard Waylon and our roomates lab, Carl, are my responsibilities most days of the week. I spoil them with walks, pup cups and car rides daily. We do projects at home and I honestly treat them like real kids. I will gladly do the same for other people’s pets. I know each pet is different with their own personalities and needs.

About: I have several years of pet-sitting under my belt. I have pet-sat animals of all kinds, not just dogs and cats (rabbits, geckos, pigs). I have experience with the smallest of dogs to even a 110lb dog! My family has had 3+ dogs at one time since I was a kid so I’m used to dogs for sure, we even have added 2 cats to the family! I am newly married, in a home with a fenced in yard. I have recently taken on the service of boarding and have absolutely loved it! I’m available during the weekdays and weekends, and can be flexible since I create my own schedule! I have my own transportation as well. I am currently only open for boarding, I have a safe, fenced in yard with plenty of room for playing catch & running around. If the animals are ever outside of the fence, they are kept on a leash for their safety and my sanity!

About: I have experience in daycare/boarding settings, i have experience with high drive dogs, I do dog sports with my own personal dog so i am pretty confident in my handling skills. I have done years of research on dog related things some including understanding body language, knowing when a dog is uncomfortable or needs to be removed from a situation, what things are good and what are bad, how to use training tools properly if needed, learning the genetics of dog breeds and just over all temperaments that certain breeds have. I grew up on a farm full of dogs and other animals ive always owned dogs especially bully breeds ive been around dogs will all ages, behaviors and sizes my family and friends all know my love for animals and how good i am with them and how much i care about them even when they arent my own. I currently am unemployed, i am a stay at home dog mom and aside from the occasional grocery store run i am at home with my dogs. I will care for your pet to the best of my ability and under any instructions that may be given to me. I will care for your pet like they are my own and keep them as safe as possible while under my care!

About: Ive taken care of dog at a really young age, I love animals and love to care for them. Before joining the military i had a dog named tyson he now resides with my family due to me being away for the military. Being in the military I got a dog being with my partner and he is the sweetest golden doodle. I’ve recently gotten out of the military and have plenty of time to show the most love to your fur babies. I am recently got out the military and have plenty of time off. I love going out for runs and walks and going hiking. This is a very active house hold to assure your fur babies to be active. I reside in a condo i own thats near many parks and trails also lots of grass area for the babies to handle their business.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 16 for many of my family and friends when they would go out of town! It’s my goal to provide your animals with a safe and caring person that they can trust whenever you need! I do work full time and I’m in college part-time. I do work full time during the week and in school part time online, however my schedule is flexible to allow a drop- in potty break midday until the months of June-August, then my schedule changes to a solid 5:45-1:45 with no midday break or I work 10-6 with no midday break. I can still take care of your animals before and after my shift is over and I will give your animal as much love as possible during that time! I’m fine with walking them on a leash if the yard is not fenced in, I can change and clean litter, give vitamins to the animals and will pick up any poop from the animal! Will also tidy the house a bit if your buddy has been a little rowdy!

About: I am open to caring for any and all pets. As someone who currently has 3 Great Pyrenees, an Austrian Kelpie puppy, and other pets, I am experienced in all areas and types. I have open availability to care for pets. I work for myself so build my schedule around jobs and appointments as needed. I am very flexible with accommodations so please reach out if you have any questions. I do not offer overnight in home care at the moment due to all of my pets at home but will gladly stay at your home with your pet. I can send pictures and videos of your pet to you and don't mind cameras in the home so you can drop in any time and see your fur and/or scaly baby.
