“We'd definitely book with Kayla again. Super responsive, sends updates/pics, clearly great with animals. We can tell our cat liked her. Gave us peace of mind while we were traveling.”
“We had an amazing experience with Jake! From the start, he was extremely communicative, which immediately helped us feel confident and at ease. He followed every request we had for Ollie and his little, it was very clear Jakr genuinely cared about making sure Ollie felt comfortable and happy. We received updates throughout the visit, which we really appreciated, and it was so reassuring to know that Ollie was in such kind and capable hands. Our pup can be a little particular, but seemed like he warmed up quickly, which says a lot about the care and patience he was shown. Overall, we’re incredibly grateful to have found someone so reliable, attentive, and compassionate. We will absolutely be booking with Jake again, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog walker who truly goes above and beyond for your furry family member!”

“5 stars is not nearly enough stars to capture how grateful we are that Purvi took care of our two labs, Addy and Stanley, while we took a recent vacation. Our Addy had just turned 15 the week before Purvi came to dog sit, and we were a bit anxious to leave her with anyone. Knowing that she has been having both good days and bad days made us quite nervous to go on vacation. But from the moment Purvi stepped foot in our home for the Meet and Greet, I immediately breathed a sigh of relief. Purvi was just so kind with both of our dogs, and they loved her immediately. Purvi clearly knew that we were worried about Addy, so she consistently reached out at least two times a day while we were away. She made special efforts to let us know that Addy was eating, and although we know she had to clean up after a few accidents, Purvi never once complained. It was so wonderful to receive photos of the dogs throughout our trip. Seeing that they looked perfectly fine helped us to relax and truly enjoy our vacation. Purvi is a true animal lover, and both of our dogs loved her immediately. We would not hesitate to ask Purvi to dog sit for us again. Thank you, Purvi!”

“Diana has looked after my cat Lily on two occasions, and I couldn’t be any happier. I know Lily is always so well taken care of, which allows me to be present on my trips, and she enjoys Diana so much, I don’t worry. I don’t travel much, but when I have to, I always reach out to Diana first to see if she is available!”

About: Hi! I’m someone who has truly been around animals my entire life. I grew up caring for horses, dogs, cats, and even chickens, so handling different personalities, energy levels, and needs comes very naturally to me. I have a degree in animal science along with hands-on experience as a vet tech, which means I’m comfortable recognizing health concerns, behavioral quirks, administering basic care, and making sure your pet stays safe and happy. My schedule is very flexible, so I’m able to accommodate a wide range of needs—from midday drop-ins to extended stays. I also have reliable transportation, so getting to you on time is never an issue. I’m very experienced with dog behavior and training, especially using positive reinforcement methods. Whether your dog is high-energy, shy, or needs a little structure, I adjust my approach to what works best for them. At my home, dogs have access to a large fenced yard for safe outdoor time, along with plenty of walks, play, and attention. I also have a very friendly, well-socialized dog who loves having playmates! Macky’s Place is excited to now offer luxurious state of the art in-home kenneling options for our boarding guests! Your pup can choose between staying in home or having their own comfortable, dedicated in-home kennel space for rest and downtime. 🐶💤 We designed these kennels based off dog sitting experience. Over time, we learned how difficult it is for newcomers to adjust to a new house, constant dogs around, new people, smells, sounds, etc. Our kennels offer a new level of security and comfort for new dogs that is unmatched. It becomes their zen safe space. Our kennels include ac/heat, fans, windows, TV, music, and relaxing scents. You’re more than welcome to pack as many goods from home to personalize their kennel as well! Benefits of In-Home Kenneling * 🐶 Easier settling in — a designated space can feel less overwhelming than a whole new house. * 🧼 Completely disinfected daily — kennels are thoroughly cleaned between guests. * 🔒 Extra secure — even if a dog gets out of their kennel, they remain safely contained in our escape proof fence and room. * 💤 Private cozy space — pups can curl up in their own quiet corner, it truly becomes their safe space. * 🐕 Still social — dogs can see and enjoy the company of other pups. Dogs are given play and potty breaks majority of the day. * ❤️ Choice & comfort — social time when they want it, quiet time when they need it. A cozy, safe, and personalized boarding experience — right here at home! ❤️ Above all, I treat every pet like they’re my own—safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. My schedule is super flexible! Week days and weekends. I can do daily or weekly scheduled walks for convenience as well. Early morning or late night visits are ok as well. I always walk clients dogs with full safety and trust in mind. I treat every animal as if it’s my own and always make sure they are happy and healthy when I leave. I have no problem cleaning up accidents in the house as well.
“Yana took the time to visit with our family before staying at our home with Charlie. He had instantly taken to her gentle manner which made us feel so comfortable. She exercised patience with his sometimes stubborn but lovable manner. We loved her daily texts with pictures outlining how the day went. I feel at ease knowing she is caring for our Charlie.”

I am currently a phd grad student at vanderbilt university so I have morning classes and lab work, but I live right down the road from campus (less than 5 min drive) and I always come home immediately after my classes/work to be home with Appa. Pet care fits into my daily schedule as I spend as much time as i can working from home so I can be with my dog. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and i live with my 2 year old fur baby named Appa! I have an apt with room for some zoomies and room to play with toys, I have a balcony if they like being outside and my buidling also has a small dog park on the roof with 2 fenced circular yards lined with turf so they can run around at a mini park as much as they want!

“We had such a great experience! Rosie watched our dog for four days and was wonderful with her. She was very responsible and communicated with us throughout the day, sending photos and videos that gave us peace of mind. She made sure our dog was fed, walked, played with, and even gave her medication as needed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about her and made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. We felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in good hands and would absolutely recommend her and book her again!”

“Annabel was great throughout our whole experience - very communicative, respectful of our home, took amazing care of our dogs, and sent pictures each day so we knew they were happy! We are already planning to use her again and would definitely recommend her to others looking for a reliable pet sitter.”

“At the risk of writing such a glowing review that Jennifer becomes so popular that she's no longer available to watch our boys, I have to say having her pet sit was an across the board excellent experience. Our prior sitter bailed on us last minute and Jennifer came through with professionalism on very short notice. She came very prepared and took notes on how we like to have things done. The photos she sent every few days of our trip made us very comfortable with the level of care our boys were receiving and made it clear how much they enjoyed her company. I think it's safe to say they are still missing her! I highly recommend hiring Jennifer, and look forward to doing so again soon!”

“Justin was absolutely the best. He sent so many pictures told me what they were doing (my pup beau) even moved my flowers out of the sun as it was so hot he said they were dying stripped the bed and washed the sheets before he left. House was neat and most of all Beau looked great. Thank you Justin”

“We will continue to book Ethan again and again. He took the best care of our large dog, checked in each day, and left the house in better shape than he found it. Super professional, kind, and our dog just loved him. Highly recommend.”

About: I've been a pet mom to cats and a small senior dog (a Shih Tzu) for several years. I've also been a cat sitter to my friends and family. I have experience in giving medications, cleaning litter boxes, play time, brushing, dog walking, bathing, etc. Rover is my primary source of income so my schedule is completely customizable for clients. While house sitting, I may leave the house up to 4 hours to run errands. I request to do a complimentary meet and greet before committing booking. Please know I may decline an offer if I feel I am not the best fit for your pet. I will follow whatever rules you give me and respect your home environment. The more detailed instructions you give me, the better so I can make your pet as comfortable as possible. I will provide a picture and an update every day. If there is any issue that arises, I will get in contact with you right away. My number one priority is to provide you with the peace of mind that your pet is receiving excellent care and attention.
“Sarah took very good care of our little girl while we were gone for 10 days. She stayed with her, sent pictures and updates, and even helped with a few things around the house like watering plants. When we returned home the house was as clean if not cleaner than when we left it! She even went above and beyond waiting for a grocery delivery when our flight was delayed. Our fur baby appeared happy and well taken care of while we were gone. She went on walks, played, and had lots of snuggles. We were so grateful she got to stay in her home and we are so glad we chose Sarah as our sitter.”

“Bridget and I were unable to meet, due to a last-minute booking, before she agreed to housesitting with my cat Lily. However, that was not an issue at all because she was very communicative and open with me with any problems in her stay. From the photos that I received, it was obvious that Lily trusted her and enjoyed her company, which is any pet parents first concern. On the last day, although I told her that she did not need to do any of it, she washed the linens from her bedroom, as as well as as the previous sitters bedroom linens, all the towels, the shower curtain, and it was obvious that she had cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen spaces as well. This was above and beyond, but I think it goes to show her attention to detail and her desire to leave your home in the same or better condition than she found it. I would not hesitate to reach out to Bridget again when I have to travel.”

As of September 2026, there are 2,828 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Three Bridges. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Three Bridges walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Three Bridges maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Three Bridges choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Three Bridges. On Rover:
- 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 99% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
