About: I grew up in 4-H and FFA raising and showing all sorts of livestock. Dogs always being a major part of it. I have had the pleasure of taking care of dogs from puppy stages to an acient 16 yr old pug and understand the different responsibilities that come at each stage. I love all animals and will do my absolute best to build the necessary bond with each and every pet I come across. I currently own a border collie who is amazing! I work full time M-F 8am to 4pm with necessary breaks to take my dog out. I work from home most of the week. I am also very flexible, let me know what you need and I am sure we can figure something out. I have a large unfenced yard. I take my dog out at least once a day for no less than an hour. I have parks near, a great neighborhood to walk and a couple nice trails near me. I find it imprtant to switch things up so the dogs do not get bored. I have one dog, a border collie and chickens fenced in my backyard. If your dog is not chicken friendly let me know and maybe we can find a way to make it work. I currently work from home 4-5 days a week and am home most weekends. I am available to let dogs out as often as they need during the day. I have a fenced backyard that is full of dog toys and a possible agility course. My dog and I take an hour walk daily but can adjust to your dogs needs.

About: I have been dog-walking and pet sitting for nearly half my life! In my home town many locals knew me for my dog walking ‘business’ and helping out those in need. I am a student at central and I would love to add time with nearby furry friends into my schedule. I am confident in my ability to work with clients on this. I am used to working with clients on what specifically their pet needs. For some it’s longer walks and for others it’s a special treat before bed. Whatever your pet needs I will be there to give to them.

About: I recently lost my senior dog at 15 years old. I’m looking to provide that same love, patient, routined care to others pets. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, allowing me to focus on the care your pet needs. I have experience in specialized diets, medications, and mobility support. I also love to walk and would be happy to take your pet for sniffaris. My current full time job is remote work, allowing me plenty of flexibility, particularly if your pet stays in my home. If need be I can also work from others homes, if pets prefer to stay in their home. I live on the second floor of a quiet fourplex, my apartment is accessed via 14 steps on the outside of my building. I care for pets by bringing them on neighborhood walks, and live across the street from a park.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages, sizes, behaviors, and energy levels my whole life—chihuahuas and shepherds, labs and hounds, aggressive and friendly, excessively dependent and independent. I grew up with four large rescue dogs with their own individual needs, problems, and behaviors, and my experience with them and the little jobs I’ve had have made me an extremely versatile pet caregiver! Whatever you or your pet need, I will do my absolute best to supply. I’m still in high school, but I have plenty of time before and after school all week! As well, I have plenty of free periods throughout the school day to come and go as needed. The family dogs have always been my responsibility, and likely will until I’m moved out of my parent’s house. Pet care is always part of my routine and I would love to be able to have your pets part of it too! **Dog walking is included with check-ins and house-sitting if requested! I will not charge extra if you need your pup(s) (or cats!) walked on top of other care needs.** As I said, I’m versatile in pet care and willing to do whatever is usual for your dog’s routine. However, as a standard: 1. Usually when I walk dogs, I let them lead—I’ll still maintain control, just let them go the direction they prefer, as long as it’s safe! I’m careful to avoid other dogs and people. I love taking dogs on wilderness trails and jogs especially! 2. For overnight stays, I encourage pets to sleep at least in the same room as me, so I can keep a close eye on them and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. 3. For housesitting, I always make sure to stay tidy and put things up where pets can’t reach them. 4. I do not yell at or hit dogs. When correcting behavior, I stick to positive reinforcement! 5. If a dog is anxious, upset, or injured, I make sure to maintain a calm and quiet environment and treat them as needed. 6. Whatever your rules are, I’ll follow! I want to make sure your pet(s) feel secure and safe during my time caring for them. 7. Any housesitting I do, I try to spend minimal time away from pets. They’ll be given constant attention!

Animals have been apart of my everyday routine for years so, I’m used to the responsibility pets take. Pets just like anyone else need a safe environment. I currently work full time, however, i get to set my own schedule and work from home. My life is very flexible to fit the needs of your pet. Lots of love, attention, and activity (if appropriate). I think it’s important to learn about any health or physical concerns ahead of time, just in case, to avoid mistakes.

I have two dogs with issues a rat terrier that only likes 1 person and a stray we rescued 3 months ago that was thrown away like trash lived on the streets starving and has very bad anxiety. Plus an old cat all 3 have different diets and needs . Vicki stayed and took care of the animals and house and kept me informed on everything. My pets were happy and healthy when I got home from a much needed vacation. I will definitely use Vicki again she has a heart of gold and loves Dogs 🐶”
