My 1 year old will be accompanying me to any potential jobs, so if you know your pet is not good with kids please let me know. She will have as little access as possible either way, she will most likely be in her stroller. My schedule is very open. Whatever work you're needing with your animals, please reach out. About: My family has owned dogs all my life, from Pugs to PitBulls. I started dog sitting when I was 16 years old for close family members and family friends. I am currently working part-time. I don’t have a set schedule at my job as of right now, it fluctuates every day/week. The days I do work are usually 4-6 hour days no longer than 8 hours. I do get a 30-minute lunch break to check on the furry friends if needed. About: I've had all kinds of pets growing up. As an adult I've had birds (parakeets and a lovebird), cats and dogs. I love doing basic training, supervised play time, and dog walks. I work remotely and often can take my work with me. This has provided more opportunities for me to get my pup out and provide a more consistent walking schedule for him. “A relative usually cares for Fido (our chihuahua mix) when we travel. When we and our relative travel at the same time, we needed another option for Fido’s care. That led me back to Rover where I’ve previously found excellent doggy caregivers. This time I was fortunate to find Beth who turned out to live nearby. She was clearly at ease with Fido at the meet and greet, and he was excited to see her when he was dropped off for doggy daycare. It wasn’t long after the drop off that I received a photo of him snuggled up on a soft blanket and being cuddled. I knew he was comfortable and in his zone at that point! About: Hello! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds. For every dog sitting and walking adventure I offer, your pup is treated just like one of my own! Living in the beautiful Cascade mountains there are many fun walking and hiking opportunities I can offer. Being an active outdoor enthusiast I can take on the most ambitious of fur friends! I am able to visit your permanent or vacation home and administer any special food/medication needs multiple times a days if necessary. If there is specific training you are working on I am more than able to stay consistent with their needs. I have shown in obedience, agility and showmanship and have attended numerous obedience classes. I am a firm believer of positive reinforcement/encouragement types of training. Whatever level of experience your dog is at, I can accommodate. Willingness to clean up any messes/accidents your pup may have. About: Before moving to college I was a main house sitter/pet sitter for former teachers, family friends and locals in my neighborhood. I’ve sat for a variety of different breeds and temperaments, as well as animals beyond cats and dogs. I currently have a very open schedule this Fall. I am taking online classes at CWU and will be able to do multiple visits/walks within my day as I have my own car. Your comfortability and your animals well-being at my top priority. Checks in will depend on how often you would like them but my preference is always to let you know their mood, activity and at least one picture per visit. Pets are family and it’s my job to make sure they’re taken care of like such.

About: I absolutely love animals and would prefer their company over humans any day well except for my children. Hmm okay okay you got me there on some days would I definitely prefer their company to my kids lol, but they are the second-best if not tied for first for the company one can keep. I have been surrounded by animals of all kinds my entire life. I don't remember a time when we or I didn't own at least one animal. To me life doesn't exists without a fur baby of some kind. Most of the time knowledge comes from first hand experience and that I have plenty of, matter of a fact I would dare to say at least 25 years of experience of being around and caring for animals. From house pets to farm animals and your occasional lost and or injured wild animal. I am comfortable with all care that is required or might be required in a pets daily care. If it's not something I am familiar with or if there is something that is required that I have not had experience with, I am a great listener and quick and eager to learn something new there is never to much knowledge one can obtain. How does pet care fit into my daily and weekly routine? Well for me my pet's have always and will always be treated as family. They are a family member if you know you know. So they are just another kid i am taking care of, raising and loving on a daily basis. Only they don't have thumbs so they won't be learning to clean up their own mess in time, however you can forget what color of bowl to give them and they will not be throwing a fit for 30 minutes even if your correct your mistake :) and they have a love that last and is unconditional until their last breath. When you make the commitment to get a pet their care doesn't fit into your daily routine it becomes part of your daily routine that's all there is to it. So i don't know how to explain to you how my pet care fits into my daily or weekly routine because it is simply part of it. I will care for the pets in your home just as I would in my home and or as you the client does in your home on a daily basis or however you desired. Nothing would differ from the way their regular day to day goes, besides maybe some extra loving, treats and play time. But the whole goal and job is to keep them in their home a place they are safe and familiar with while you their owner is away. To keep them stress free and ultimately for it to go unnoticed that you are even away. So unless stated otherwise beforehand by yourself I would plan my day's accordingly to how you live and cares for their pets.

I worked for nearly two years at the Oregon Humane Society, where I received formal training under the shelter's veterinary and animal behavior teams, as well as working hands-on with dogs, cats, rabbits, and other pets every day to care for them and match them with forever homes. For the past year I have been pet-sitting and volunteering on family farms while traveling abroad, including several months in New Zealand where I worked as a dog walker and volunteered at a local cat shelter. I'm experienced with pets of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels, and I'm familiar with many common medical conditions and comfortable administering medication if needed. I am usually busy between 2:30 and 5pm on weekdays, as well as some Saturdays. This is a somewhat flexible commitment, though, and I'm open to altering this schedule if it conflicts with your pet's needs. Otherwise, my schedule is open! I live locally and can travel anywhere in the Ellensburg/Kittitas area for regular walks, or as far as Thorp for overnight stays. I am not able to offer services in my home, but I'm able to stay in your home with your pets if you'd like them to have round-the-clock care and attention! For dogs I can take them on as many daily walks as they need, take care of food, and administer any medications; I always try to stick to the dog's usual routine. My hands-on experience spans a diverse range of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, and guinea pigs. I’m a college student but on break for the summer so I have a lot of time to work. Animals have been apart of my everyday routine for years so, I’m used to the responsibility pets take. Pets just like anyone else need a safe environment. Since I grew up in a pet friendly house I’ve been more aware of the hazards that can occur.

About: Hi my name is Rachel! I have been around animals since I was a child; I am always looking for ways to incorporate them into my life. I grew up with two dogs and a cat, and currently have two cats of my own. I am available for drop ins and walks at this time. As of December of 2022 I became a new mom to my fast growing baby boy, therefore I am unable to offer house sitting at this time. I cant wait to hear from you and get to know and care for your furry family member! I am currently a stay at home mother to my sweet baby boy. I am very flexible to the timing needs of pet clients throughout the day. I have two cats at home, they are like my children. I care for all of my clients animals in the same way, as if they were my own. I am extremely cautious when entering homes as to not let any one escape! I always triple check collars and leashes ensuring they are being worn properly to avoid any mishaps when outside of the home for walks.
About: I have owned,trained, and raised over 21 dogs throughout my life. I absolutely love dogs and since my last one passed I need my dog fill! I love all different sizes or shapes such as rodents, reptiles, dogs, cats and birds! I have been loving, caring and gentle with animals since I was a little girl. My first ever pet was a puppy, we rescued him from an animal shelter. I have trained, fed and walked him. All of the pets that I have had were guinea pigs, hamsters, hermit crabs, lizards, horses, dogs and cats. So you can say I am an animal lover to the bone. I also have house sit, dog walking and trained a variety of animals for my neighborhood, family members and friend. I currently have a pit/lab mix. I am grateful to be able to give the love and care needed to your fur babies! I am currently a new business owner! So I do still have days off during the week and weekends. About: I have had pets my whole life up! I'm a full time mom with 3 kiddos (2 in school and 1 not in school cause shes a baby!) My 1 year old will be accompanying me to any potential jobs, so if you know your pet is not good with kids please let me know. She will have as little access as possible either way, she will most likely be in her stroller. My schedule is very open. Whatever work you're needing with your animals, please reach out. I would love to help in any way that I can. Animal care in my home will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Animal care in your home will be as requested by you. I typically could not do overnight care as I've got kiddos in school and will most likely have to travel a bit to help you with your animals, but on weekends or breaks I can consider it.
