Leigh was great! She accepted the booking of our Scooby, who has some medical issues, with only a few weeks notice when another sitter on Rover had to cancel. Scooby had a great time playing with Leigh's golden retriever, Scarlet, and I've never seen him look happier in the photos she sent. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Leigh again in the future.
This was my first time boarding my dog Lulu with Ami and James. Ami and James are great communicators and kept me posted on Lulu's walks, sleep, eating habits and provided lots of pictures. A few days into her stay, Lulu started with bloody stools/diarrhea. They were quick to let me know and ask what I thought would help. After a day or two, her condition did not improve, and we made arrangements for her to see her vet. Ami took her over the next morning and kept me posted on the recommendations which were low fat food and probiotics that could be purchased at the vet clinic. Ami and James followed all of the doctor's instructions to the letter, and kept me posted on Lulu's progress which was pretty quick. I could not ask for better care than what was provided by Ami and James and was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation knowing that Lulu was in good hands.
