We were traveling from VA to PA for a track meet and we weren’t quite sure what to do with our 6.5 month old puppy Duke as non-service animals were not allowed in the stadium. About: Welcome to Aaron’s Boarding, a 4 bedroom ranch house on an acre of land that includes a private fenced in yard for lots of activities and play. We are pleased to announce that we now offer dog walking and hourly yard rental through SniffSpot, Melanie’s Play yard. My team and I have taken care of over 100 foster and boarder dogs including the SCPA and training service dogs. We’ve cared for moms with litters of 10 puppies, young adult, adult, senior, special needs including diabetes and all types of physical disabilities. We have been boarding dogs since April 2020. We are able to take dogs up to 65 pounds and any dogs over 65 pounds will be considered if trained well, Rover just doesn’t have a setting to say that. Most of our clients choose us because we offer private boarding for their dog only. However, our business has grown, and we now accept a maximum of 3 dogs. The dogs can either come from the same home or they are friends or we sometimes negotiate a cross board through a meet and greet. We have a highly desirable environment due to not having any dogs, cats, or small children. We provide bowls and crates. Bring dog beds, food, treats, bones and toys. We do not provide those. We are a team of 3 with 24 hour service. IMPORTANT!!! We only board dogs. Dogs must be crate trained. We only accept dogs that sleep in a crate at night. No exceptions. We only take dogs that are microchipped and spayed/neutered. All new dogs are required to have a meet and greet before being accepted for boarding. Any potential cross boarding is approved through a meet and greet between families. We look forward to keeping your furry friends safe while you are away. We only take puppies older than 16 weeks and they must be house trained, crate trained, don’t jump or bite and sleep through the night. About: Hi I’m Kieralyn! I’ve had animals my entire life including dogs, cats, reptiles, fish and rodents! I love pet sitting and have been doing this for about 10 years now. I have studied as a vet tech student for 2 years and am able to perform both CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver. I am currently working full time as a dog trainer and pet sitter so I have a very open schedule. Let’s chat and I can figure out what works for us both! I loving taking my 3 dogs on walks and to the park and it’s part of my daily routine. I do a lot of training exercises throughout the day as well as plenty of playing (if you have a golden retriever you understand!) The dogs at my home rotate from playing in the yard supervised, napping inside, playing inside, and having water and treats. At the clients home, I will follow whatever their schedule is to help them adjust to their absence.

“Tamikia is so kind and dependable. And my dog seriously did not want to leave when I came to pick her up. I got photos and videos every day, and Tamikia was available before my trip to do a meet and greet at her house. My dog has dietary issues and sometimes comes home with an upset stomach when she is boarded with someone who has dogs and/or cats because of getting into someone else's food but that was not the case this time. I am going to book with Tamikia for my next trip!”
