“Alicia was OUTSTANDING. She took our request to dog sit during the holidays at the very last second because we had an emergency issue with someone else we booked ahead of time. She literally accepted our request within hours of when we needed her to start helping us. She was professional, reasonable, timely, kind, and did an excellent job caring for and spoiling our dogs. She took lots of pictures and made us feel comfortable our dogs were being looked after. The most impressive thing for me is that even though we requested her services at the last second, she was more prepared and followed our pet instructions better than any other sitter we have used through the app. She really looked around the house and must have asked herself “if this was my house, how would I want it to be kept up?” She even helped keep the couch covered with blankets to keep our dogs from scratching it. We came home to a clean house, happy dogs, and we were less anxious as a result. We could not have had a better dog sitting experience.”

First time using Rover, super nervous to leave my dog with someone I didn’t know in my hotel but felt it was a better option over doggy daycare! I choose Thanya because of her current work history working with animals as a vet tech! I felt my dog would be safe in her hands with her additional knowledge in her field of work! She made the entire process so easy, she did a meet and greet which she does not have to do which was KEY to meet us, our dog and see the location of where she needs to go vs just showing up the day we needed her. She was very friendly, flexible and on time! She took the trash out which was not asked of her and cleaned up after herself. I know my dog liked her because day 2 he didn’t bark at her when she walked in the door she had gained his trust! She followed eveything asked of her in regards to spuds needs, schedule and my little extra crazy about germs with shoes off in the hotel and washing her hands every time she walked the dog and returned back to the apartment hotel. Highly recommend, we will be using her again the next time we come to Florida and sending her info to friends and family. She is Mahoney & Spud Approved! Worth every penny! Took the best pictures of my dog too one I actually plan to frame when I get home! 🐾
This was our 2nd booking with Alicia. As with our first booking, Alicia radiates with warmth, and kindness. We appreciate that we can be away, and know that our fur baby’s routine continues. Many thanks to Dana for watching over our older baby while we traveled. She was in constant contact with us and ensured Nash had all he needed to be comfortable, safe and loved. While this was our first booking with Dana, having her stay in our home with Nash was the only option. Can’t thank Dana enough for putting her life on hold for 12 days to take care of Nash. We are so thankful that we found Davi for our animals. She was incredible! We were gone for five nights, and she made us feel very confident leaving. Our pups absolutely adored her, and she paid close attention to every detail. I was very nervous leaving my three cats for so long for the very first time (one month is a long time for my anxious babies), not to mention I was out of country too! But Ocean was very patient and understanding with my constant check ins. I received constant updates and pictures and could tell that my cats were getting the attention and love they needed.
