About: Throughout my experience caring for animals, I’ve been responsible for a variety of daily pet-care needs, including feeding and providing fresh water, cleaning food and water bowls, maintaining clean living areas, giving pets attention and companionship, and making sure they are safe and comfortable. For cats and dogs, I’m comfortable with playtime, walks, bathroom breaks, litter box cleaning, and keeping them on their normal routines. For smaller pets like hamsters, I can provide food, fresh water, and habitat cleaning. I also have experience caring for fish, including feeding and maintaining a clean environment. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and routine so I can recognize when something seems unusual. I’m also happy to follow specific instructions from owners to make sure their pets receive consistent care while they’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m comfortable working around a pets established routine and making sure they receive consistent meals, fresh water, litter box care, playtime, and attention. In a clients home, I’ll treat their space with the same respect I would want for my own. I’ll make sure doors, gates, and other areas are secure, follow feeding and medication instructions carefully, and keep their environment clean and safe. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is doing well while you’re away.

I also make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and enrichment while their owners are away. About: I’ve mostly taken care of small creatures on my lifetime. I used to own parakeets and currently I own a leopard gecko whom I absolutely adore! I always wanted to own cats and/or dogs growing up but I’ve never been allowed to do that because my mom is irrationally afraid of both. I used to own a kitten but we had to give it away because my mom thought she could handle it but she was just too scared of it. I’ve taken care of other people’s cats and dogs before and I get along well with all animals! Since I’m unemployed, I am free anytime other than Saturday and Sunday mornings. Saturday I have classes from 10 am to 12 pm and Sundays I have church from 9 am to 11 am. I unfortunately do not CURRENTLY have anything that is specifically catered to dogs or cats in my house or yard, as I do not own either at the moment. Through my college experience I have gotten to work with cats, dogs, reptiles, farm animals, and pocket pets! I have over 8+ years of experiences with pet care inside/outside of college as well. I always send daily updates of your pets and take the time to make sure your pet is happy while you are away. I treat others pets as my own and make sure they have the upmost health while they are in my care. I also have experience with administering medications topically, orally, and injections. I currently work at a dog boarding facility so I am very familiar with canine needs! I grew up with various breeds of dogs AND cats so animals are nothing new to me :) I work full-time at a Dog Boarding Facility! I keep my schedule on Rover up to date that way both clients and I can be connected on the same page! I'm available for walks in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings (depending on schedule). I am also able to dog pet boarding at my home or yours, which ever you are comfortable with! Even though I do not have a fenced in backyard, I leash walk all dogs to make sure they are safe and get plenty of exercise. My cat is also up to date on all their vaccines and are extremely friendly and will keep your pets company! If need be I can also crate your pet if you perfer! I make it a priority to have the safest area for your pets and have trust with the owners that your pets are in great care while you are gone or need help!
