They always send photos throughout the day of what she’s up to. Whether she’s outside playing, taking naps or just longing around the house they always keep me up to date! She noticed early on that one of my dogs had blood in her pee, took her to the ER over a holiday weekend (after checking in with us), and waited hours in the parking lot late into the night so my dog didn’t have to stay the night there by herself. I’m blown away by her care and kindness in what was a very stressful emergency being away from home. She also kept my dog up to date on her antibiotics until we came home. In addition to this, she sends multiple thoughtful updates and images throughout the stay. It’s hard to trust someone with your dog for the first time and she did so much more than I could’ve asked.
