It was evident that they went above and beyond to ensure my dog felt comfortable and loved. Lastly, when I picked up my dogs they are happy, healthy, and clearly had a great time during their stay. It was evident that they had formed a positive bond with Max & his family, which reassured me that they received the love and attention they needed. She will love and pamper your pet to ensure it feels comfortable while you are away. She noticed early on that one of my dogs had blood in her pee, took her to the ER over a holiday weekend (after checking in with us), and waited hours in the parking lot late into the night so my dog didn’t have to stay the night there by herself. I’m blown away by her care and kindness in what was a very stressful emergency being away from home. She also kept my dog up to date on her antibiotics until we came home. In addition to this, she sends multiple thoughtful updates and images throughout the stay. It’s hard to trust someone with your dog for the first time and she did so much more than I could’ve asked.
