She reassured me before my flight not to worry and truly paid close attention to him, updating me on his behavior and how he was settling in. What stood out most was how intuitive and patient she was. She understood his personality right away, gave him space when needed, and handled everything calmly and confidently. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she watches, and I felt completely comfortable having Brodie in her care. I would absolutely book with her again without hesitation.
