About: I’m an attentive and reliable pet lover with 5+ years of experience caring for house pets and farm animals. I enjoy learning each pet’s routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed while you’re away. Spending time with animals has always brought me joy and pets tend to respond really well to that calm and loving energy. I always prioritize safety, follow instructions closely, and keep communication clear. ✅Availability: Saturday & Sunday (flexible hours). Some weekdays can absolutely be discussed for availability. ✅Services: Dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, basic puppy training, and care for cats and small pets. ✅Pets: Small and mid-size dogs, Cats, Hamsters, Geckos, Fish, and many more. (Message for clarification) 🚫 No boarding / pets are not taken into my home. 🚫 No overnight stay ins. Spending time caring for pets is how I choose to spend my free time outside of classes. Being around animals helps me reset and stay present. I’ve found that pets respond really well to that calm energy. It’s therapeutic for me, and it’s comforting for them too, so it ends up being a win for both of us. I follow the pet’s routine and always prioritize safety, comfort and clear communication with the owner. During drop-in visits, I make sure pets have fresh water, meals according to instructions, bathroom breaks, and fun time through play or just calm company. For dog walks, I keep their routine based on the owner’s requests. My priority is safety, paying attention to the dog’s behavior, surroundings, and of course, for them to use the bathroom. I always leave the home exactly as I found it and provide updates so owners feel at ease while they’re away. :)

About: I have loved and cared for animals since childhood. I grew up with my Doberman, Orlik, and later had two cats, Mia and Musya. I have over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for pets and I’m always happy to help friends and others when they need someone they can trust with their pets. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while they are with me I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets the attention and care they need. I can adjust my routine based on each pet’s individual schedule, including feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s usual routine and do my best to keep it consistent. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to me. I have a fenced yard and will always provide a clean, comfortable, and caring environment. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, walks, routines, and any special needs. I understand that every pet is different, so I give them the time, attention, and personal care they need to feel safe and comfortable.
About: Hello. I have been working professionally with animals for the last 5 years. I spent three years working at a pet store working/caring for pets in the store that included dogs, cats, and exotics. And now for almost 3 years I have been working as a veterinary assistant/technician at an emergency and speciality hospital. That means I have experience to help with your pup/cat with special needs and helping administering medications! I grew up with animals all my life. I currently have a dog (Onyx) that I have personally trained myself and a cat (Masha) that I have also trained to do a trick or two for a treat. I have a huge love for animals and just like I do for my patients I work with, I will treat your baby with love and care as if it were my own. I currently work full-time at the veterinary hospital so I’m only available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. That includes mornings, afternoons, and most nights. Unfortunately I cannot watch/bring your pets to my home. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. Whether your companion is energetic, shy, elderly, or has medical needs, I’ll make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. Experienced with senior pets, diabetic pets, seizure patients, post-operative care, medication administration, mobility assistance, and other special-needs animals.
About: Hi, I’m Isabella and I’m passionate about providing safe, loving, and reliable care! Your pet’s comfort and well-being are always my top priority, as my experience with a variety of species supports my desire to provide. I currently work at a veterinary hospital, caring for pets of all ages (from babies to seniors) so I’m comfortable handling a wide range of needs. My experience goes beyond work also as I’ve had a variety of pets throughout my life! I’m currently finishing up some summer college credits, which gives me great flexibility for early morning and mid-to-late day check-ins after class. My schedule is consistent week-to-week, so you can count on reliable timing and routine for your pet! I tailor my care to each pet’s routine to keep them as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely and prioritize any preferences your pet is used to. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you feel confident your pet is in good hands!
“Sara was absolutely amazing with our Rocky! She is very good with both mom and dog. Communication was amazing and I felt better being away knowing our dog was taken care of. She’s amazing!”

“You can write a review and never really convey how much someone means to your furry family unless it's detailed so I will write a detailed review. Paige is simply the best. Stop surfing right now. Choose Paige. Why should you believe me? I have had some issues with sitters in the past. Some have forgotten to clean the litter box. Some pretend to be at your home for the full 30 minutes. Some balk or push back. Not Paige. Our furry babies ARE our children. No one understood this better than Paige. She was literally Auntie Paige for the five days we were away. The cats took to her like a new mom. She talked with them. She lovingly made sure their illnesses were taken care of. She cleaned up kitty vomit with no complaints. She did the litter box diligently and thoroughly. She gave them pills and pets. She followed directions to the letter. She sent many pictures daily. She texted and answered every question. When issues arose she was concerned and caring. We knew we can trust Paige with our home and our babies. I'm pretty sure our cats were upset we even came home. Paige is warm, sweet, caring and thorough. We can not recommend booking Paige enough. Do it and you'll see. There's just no one comparable. Paige will be our go to for pet-sitting and we personally feel like we've made a friend. I know our cats not only made a friend, Paige is now family to them. She is AUNTIE PAIGE! The only thing we ask is not to book her when we need her because we will be jealous and sad. I never write reviews but we were so impressed that we felt the need to rave. Paige, we can't thank you enough. If there were infinite stars possible we'd give that. Stop reading and press the book button.”

About: I have such a big heart for animals and a connection to them with a passion for taking care of any type of animal! I grew up taking in rescues with my family at home. We have rescued a senior yorkie, four kittens, and a deaf kitty. I currently have one 4 year old maltipoo at home and one goldfish! In the past we had fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, and lizards at home. Throughout the years I love participating in anything involving innocent fur babies. For two years I pet sit my sisters french bulldog with GI issues and my brothers cat. At the same time I was in a P.A.W.S (protecting animals without stability) club in high school. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Tennent. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
