About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds from rescues, seniors, puppies, and everything in between. I'd rather over-communicate than guess. I lived with and cared for a reactive dog for 13 years, so I know firsthand what it takes to help an anxious dog feel safe, and how to prevent conflict in the first place. All my dogs have been rescues, and I have a soft spot for dogs who need extra patience to warm up. I'm not a certified trainer, but I've spent years learning dog training, body language, and enrichment, and every interaction is rooted in positive reinforcement. I will require a meet and greet with your pet in advance of the first booking so they can become familiar with me, and so I can become familiar with their routine and needs. My schedule gives me plenty of flexibility to be present for your dog, whether that's extra walks, playtime, or just being around for company, and I'm happy to talk through what kind of availability works best for your pet! I work from home which allows me the flexibility to prioritize pet care in a way I wouldn’t be able to with a traditional office. This gives me the ability to keep anxious dogs company, breaks for play time, medication, cuddles or walks when they are needed, not when they can be fit in. I create a calm, secure environment where pets feel safe and comfortable. Whether in my home or theirs, I work on building trust by moving at each pet’s pace and honoring their boundaries. Safety is always my top priority, I supervise pets closely, follow all instructions carefully, and adapt to their unique needs. I keep spaces clean, hazard-free, and ensure pets have fresh water, proper food, and quiet resting spots. For reactive or anxious pets, I use gentle, low stress handling & positive reinforcement or redirecting to help them feel calm and supported. Every care plan is tailored specifically to your pet’s needs after we discuss what works best for them.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets ever since I was little, I’ve lived with at least one pet almost my whole life. Because of this, I am able to recognize body language in pets with relative ease, and how to react based on what signals they’re sending. Most of my experience comes from dogs, but I also have plenty of experience playing with and taking care of cats, bunnies, chickens, turtles, and more! I have lots of energy, patience, and love to give any little (or big) creatures that cross my path! My current work schedule is extremely flexible, and I’m working part time, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets any time throughout the entire week! I can frequently stop by since my job keeps me on the move and spend loads of time with them before and after my shifts! Both of my own dogs are trained with an invisible fence. I have a pretty big yard so they don’t need to go on walks super frequently, but I still like to take them out every once in a while. I feed the dogs twice a day (once in the morning and once at night), but I take it by a day by day basis as sometimes they have leftover food, etc. I usually spend at least an hour or so of my day specifically playing with my dogs, but I understand that your pets will most likely have different play wants/needs. I am always down to cuddle and give lots of pets and belly rubs, but I would never force your pets to if they aren’t interested.

If they are showing me that they need more love and attention, I will stay and give them more love and attention! I can’t wait to meet your furry family. Right now, my schedule is wonderfully flexible. I’m a teacher on summer break and transitioning into a teletherapy position, so I have plenty of availability to care for your pets throughout the day. About: I am deaf, so I am able to bond with pets more because they cannot communicate their needs with humans. I am likewise, so I hope to communicate with gestures as they may did. I am studying in a certificate program, so that shouldn’t be a problem. I will work during the workdays, and I can be available during weekends. I have two kittens and three koi fishes. They are fed once in the mornings or evenings. I cuddle them for some time but left them to wander wherever their curiosity attracted them. My cats like to sit on my chest or necks when they wished to, but I left them to their desires when they want to.

About: I am back from home after graduating with a Masters this summer, so I am excited to come home and go back to dog sitting, what I’ve done since I was in high school! My dog Sammy is always so excited when we go home because she gets to meet new pup friends, and we both love having more dogs around to play with. Sammy is just about the nicest dog you'll ever meet. I've had dogs my whole life, and I love taking care of all animals, rowdy or calm! We have a huge yard (and a very tall fence, so no need to worry if anybody can jump over it!) that we can run in all day, and when we're all tired, we lounge on the couch and relax. Sammy and I take daily walks, and sometimes walk twice a day, which your animal can join in on as well. I take care of pets like they're my own, I just love them so much! My house will be like a home away from home for your pet. I am home working on writing and grading all day for my winter break so I am home the entire day to care for your pup. I will play or snuggle with the pets based on their energy and preferences! They will get treats as often as you tell me to give them (I know some pups are on a diet so I will wait for you to say if it’s okay to give any treats). About: Dogs and cats have always been a big part of my life, offering comfort through tough times. I genuinely love being around animals and caring for them. (I allow animals on my bed I’m not sure how to change that ) I have classes, but your fur baby will always be my top priority. I am a bus driver and off for the holidays, weekends and summer. I have very strong 10 x 10 kennels set up outside with a 10 x 30 run. I have raised bottle-fed kittens/puppies. I can administer oral, ophthalmic, aural, topical, & injectable medications to a variety of animals. I can care for farm animals as well! Whether your pet is young, old, or has special needs, they will be well cared for while you're away. Rest assured, I will treat your fur babies as if they are my own! P.S. my rates are higher than I normally charge to cover the 20% deduction Rover takes from each booking.
