About: I’ve had a dog of my own that I’ve taken care of for 11 years now! In the past I have also taken care of my neighbors cats while they were away. Although I have never taken care of another family’s dogs, they are my favorite animals in this world and I have spent a few years volunteering at dog shelters in the area where I take them on walks, play with them, and help with feeding them. I will be more than happy to help take care of ur pets while you are away and make new furry friends! I am currently unemployed and have a lot of time on my hands to take care of your pets while you are away! However, I am in search of a part time job, but that will still not take too much of my time. I am also totally available on the weekends if it is needed! I have a dog at home who is not too friendly with other dogs, so boarding is not really an option unfortunately. However, I am more than willing to care for your pets in your home and neighborhood! I will be able to crate your dog if need be and if course follow the rules of your house. Your pets will be well fed, walked, played with, and given all of my attention!

“Karen was excellent with Luna! She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain her approach to earning Luna’s trust. During just one drop-in, Luna already showed noticeable progress in warming up to her. I really appreciated Karen’s expertise and the helpful guidance she shared with me as well.”

“Hello Amy !! I’m soooo happy he finally came out to play !! Txs for the pictures too !! BTW.. I forgot to mention that the trash can is on the far side of the garage but ur welcome to leave it just outside the laundry room door (ie in the garage) Many Thanks ;)”

About: I have several years of experience taking care of pets of all kinds. I had a rescue pitbull for 10 years who was my very best friend! He has since crossed the rainbow bridge and I currently do not have any pets of my own, so I am happy to spend time taking great care of other people’s furry friends! I work full time but have flexibility within my job to work from home on certain days. On weekends I am almost always available to provide your pet ample attention! I will treat your pet as if they were my own and do everything I can to make sure they are as happy and comfortable as possible while you are away. I will also take great care to respect any and all rules/guidelines established by the pet owner!
“Amanda was our Rover person for 2 visits over a couple days. We have used her before and she always answers quickly and is great with our pets. Our new dog can be somewhat difficult so her dog certification was an extra bonus. We definitely recommend her!”

“Tiffany has done a lot of drop in visits for us and overnight stays. She’s great at keeping in touch and sending photos. We always feel at ease when we have her taking care of our fur-babies.”
About: I’ve always been around animals and have many years of sitting for family and friends. I have a passion for exercise making our walks the best of the best! I am and occupational therapist working in the school setting so I work within that schedule. However, I do have summers off that I dedicate to exercise and helping family/friends with their pets while they are on vacations! I am dependable and reliable and will be able to give your pets the love and care they need while you are away or at work!
“Angel was super attentive to my cats while I was away, and coordinated with me through complicated travel schedules to make sure they would get the care that they need! I’m super thankful for her 💙”

About: i have taken care of some sort of animal since i can remember. My first best friend was Danger, a beautiful Pit Bull i potty and command trained at 5 years old. Since Danger i have raised a variety of dogs (big and small), cats (various breeds), my birds (Vickie and Victoria), one turtle, several fish, etc. My longest lived relative was Chewie (small dog) who recently passed away nearly making it to 20 years old! I am in the process of learning food and natural remedies that can extend the lives of dogs and cats as i truly love animals more than most people. Even having a few terrifying memories with animals, i still hold true to the fact no animal is ever evil or wicked, like some humans. If an animal is mean, it has a reason to be such a way, and all it needs to heal and become clean is a little Jesus love to let the small critter know, “You are appreciated.” This mantra and mindset has taken me very far in life, and enables me to be your Pet’s Next Best Friend! Don’t worry, Dogs are happy! Pets are my passion! i ensure you we provide everything your pet needs under one woof! Who is we? Me myself & i, i like big mutts and i cannot lie, but i love the pitter patter of tiny paws too! i know, i know.. “you had me at woof” but i cannot stress enough how pets are my passion. I am the top dog walker & caretaker, and i assure you we will fetch amazing results! Book with us! I double dog dare you! i currently work at a suit shop (Men’s Wearhouse near the Kenwood Mall) selling suits! I am in a transition period of trying to get my first solo dental practice up and running! Those are the two “jobs” which consume my time, but truly i tell you i consider neither real work as i love both as a passion. When i am not doing either of those things i am typically found deep in the Word of God, with my family, or out and about in nature or at a dog park. I have a very wide schedule as i prioritize every second of each day to maximize my time. You ever meet someone and think, “how do you do all that in a single day? Do you have more than 24hrs to work with?” If you have never met someone like this.. hello! Nice to meet you! I am happy to be the first! 🙃 I have the same approach well similar is a better word. My approach for pets in my home is simple. Treat pets as any other honored or distinguished guest. I keep a variety of snacks and treats at home, such as peanut butter, and a variety of other treats like 360 pet care freeze dried snacks, i have a few toys that seem to be popular among cats and dogs, a case of laser pointers, in case one stops working.. hate to be caught without one when the cats especially are having a good time! I try to stay as prepared as possible for any circumstance that may arise. At my clients home i do the same, and i pack a travel bag similar to the one i bring to the dog park when i frequent there. The prime difference between at home and at a clients home is i practice pet care with added, greater attention to detail. Jesus said love your neighbor as yourself, but i tell you (myself) love your neighbor greater than yourself, better than yourself, and you will do well! So with that in mind i try to always think of ways to do more, do better, and be better whenever someone graciously invites me to their home, and whatever i devise i later apply it to myself, so my overall abilities may rise, then i rinse and repeat!
About: Hi, My name is Alex and I would like to be your dog's new walker! Caring for dogs is something I grew up doing both in my family and in my neighborhood. My aunt has a farm and has over 20 dogs and I spent a lot of time helping her run her farm including all forms of animal care. I take the job seriously and am compassionate towards all animals. I have many years of professional dog walking experience including volunteering at a German Shepard Dog Rescue and fostering hard to place dogs and puppies. I will take your pet on long walks if needed or even just stop by to check on them while refilling bowls and applying medications which I have experience doing. My friends often ask me to take care of their pets when they are gone since they know I will do a great job and give the pets lots of attention. I am good at following requirements such as commands, crates, medications, and feeding. I understand each pet is different and needs special and unique treatment which I will be able to provide. I am gentle with a leash while not allowing the dog to venture off into the street or pull towards distractions such as other dogs and squirrels. I'm not doing this only as a way to make money, but because being around animals makes me happy. I'm truly interested in meeting your pets and making sure they get the care they deserve. After taking care of dogs, I feel a true appreciation for the work I'm doing and how I can positively effect these great animals. I know that given the opportunity, I can bring joy to your dogs life and make sure they are home safe and sound. I hope you consider me for every walk you have and that I get to form a special bond with your amazing dog!

“Abby did a great job caring for my dog Samson while I was on vacation for a week. She was able to accommodate some last minute requests for me as well. I would definitely book with her again!”

Every pet needs there own way of being loved and cared for, from times and lengths for walks to what toys they adore!
“Cathy was great with my cats. My shy cat even came around to her. She communicated with me daily while on vacation. I was able to enjoy my vacation so much more knowing my cats were well taken care of.”

Taylorsport cat parents share their Rover experiences
I reached out to Kassandra for drop in visits for my five cats while I went on a trip. I was a little nervous leaving them in a strangers care but when I met her for an initial visit I immediately knew they were in good hands. I got updates and pictures multiple times a day and even my scaredy cat came around her. She followed their usual routine to a T. Highly recommend!
