“My nervous 1 year old dog seemed to have a lot of fun and be very happy staying with Chrissy. She got to play with other dogs and even got bathed. I would definitely have Josie stay here again.”

“We really loved Mike and Amanda, they treated Rocky and Bella like they were their own and we loved the daily pictures.we will certainly use them again in the future!”

“Omg! I don’t know where to start… Karen was amazing from the start of us booking her. Quick response and met with us ASAP. She always responded to my questions and wanted to really know about Mylo. My Mylo don’t do well with others besides a few. I had this feeling he would be great with her because of her first impressions and conversation. He will be back and we found a new sitter and family member for him. I highly recommend her. She is amazing!!!!! ?”

“Bill and Haley are more than I could ask for in dog sitters… once after my fight got delayed, they were willing to bring my dog Sadie out to the car at 1 am, so I wouldn’t have to drive back the next morning. They go above and beyond in attention, care and kindness. I absolutely highly recommend their services!”
“Such an amazing experience! Our dogs loved being there they got a spa day! And a nice hike in they were definitely worn out when they got home which I loved coming back from a trip! Drop off and pick up was very easy. We absolutely will book them again.”

“Tasha and Joseph were amazing! They have 4 dogs of their own but still watched, not only my dog but, my sisters dog too! I received at least 1 update every day, sometimes 2. It made me feel comfortable I had to leave my pup behind. Definitely will be using them in the future!”

“Cori and her family did a wonderful job watching my puppy over thanksgiving! I am so thankful that they welcomed her into their home during the holiday. I loved that her family had several dogs and kids that my dog could interact with. You can tell Cori and her family and dog lovers!! Thanks again!!”

“Jane is always wonderful!! Very attentive and professional. She gives daily updates and sends pictures or videos of our little guy! We always try to get her first when we need boarding.”

“This was my first time having my dog stay with anyone other than family overnight. Tammi was great, she kept her busy, sent me pictures, and reassured me she was doing well. It made for a great vacation with no worries.”

“Leann was amazing with our dog! I was terrified to leave him and she made me feel so much better about the situation. We were going for a week on vacation and I got many updates and videos. I was honestly scared he wouldn't want to come home lol. That's how amazing she was. I recommend her to everyone. I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter”

“The entire process was seamless. She had them for a week while I was traveling for work. We had great communication and she sent me updates on my fur babies on a regular basis. She took great care of my 2 special needs dogs and they seemed to enjoy their stay. I didn't have to worry about them and I will not hesitate to use her again.”

“Misty was phenomenal with our dog Samson. He's a big dog and she walked him, she cared for him she took pictures of him. Wow, I was so impressed and felt so comfortable her. Misty's children loved on him. It was a beautiful experience and I will definitely use her as many times as I can!”

“Rachel was wonderful! She loved our dog like she was her own and made her part of her family. When we arrived she took the time to have the dogs meet in her fenced yard so they could all get accustomed to each other. She was very responsive to messages and kept us updated on how she was doing. Our dog gets very anxious when away from home, hardly eats and gets worry spots (bald patches). But when we picked her up she was happy and healthy! We will definitely be back again!”

“Eliza provided a great environment for Bruno to enjoy. Daily pictures and comment are very assuring. She's been very accommodating to our needs and preferences. Great experience!”

“Jane was wonderful with Penny. Our dog was feeling separation anxiety and she was so kind and patient. She sent lots of pictures and I felt very good about leaving her with Jane. This is our second time using Jane and I’d definitely use her again. Thank you so much!!”

“Simon loved staying with Dana! Dana sent pictures throughout Simons stay and made sure to answer any questions we had. It was a home away from home for Simon. I would book again and I highly recommend!”

“This is the first time I’ve used a pet sitter instead of boarding my cat Cali as I felt she would be more comfortable in her own home. I came across the Rover website and booked a sitter close to my home. My cat has an automatic feeder for dry food as well as a water fountain. So, the only “services” I needed were to feed her wet food in the evening and clean the litter box. I met with my sitter, Amy, and explained how to access my home, where to dispose of litter etc. Amy did an excellent job and even went above and beyond to try and get a photo of Cali, who hides from strangers. Thai has been a great experience and I will definitely use Rover and Amy again.”

“Kayla did an excellent job watching our kitties. She is very caring and even my shy cat came out to greet her! This is our second time using Kayla and we will definitely use her again.”

“Angel is the best and will always be our go-to for all of our kitties!! We have 6 cats, some with bigger personalities, and she does so good taking care of them all and making sure each of them get attention. Angel took care of our kitties for 2 full weeks this time and did an amazing job, was communicative, and we came back to happy kitties and a clean house just the way we left it! Thanks, Angel!!”

“Amanda did an awesome time taking care of my cat while I was away. This was my first time using River and I was a bit nervous but she was so kind and I loved her updates- it really put my mind at ease! I highly recommend her and I look forward to having her help out again in the future!”

“First timer with Rover. Karen kept me informed with each visit. My cat was taken care of by her. I'll use Rover the next time I need help with caring for my cat.”

About: I have had 9 cats of my own. I have cared for kittens from age 2 weeks old, having to bottle feed them to senior cats who needed medication. I'm open with owners about things I find. I once noticed a cat I was caring for had worms and I relayed this to the owner. Another time, I noticed during a nail trim that a cat had a claw growing into its paw pad. The owner was so glad I caught these things and informed them. I have driven pets to the vet for a client. I have walked dogs, and cared for chickens and geckos. I am precise when following directions provided by the pet owner. I LOVE taking pictures of pets and will send them over every day. I have 4 cats of my own, so their care is a daily routine for me. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for other pets. I usually go to the clients' home for pet sitting cats or dog walking. Although, I have a fenced-in yard with a privacy fence, which allows me to have dogs over.
About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.
About: I’ve taken care of a pit bull named Jango for a year I played with him, took him for walks, fed him and showed him the love he needed. I’ve also taken care of 4 cats named Duchess, Mr.Jubb Jubb, Remi, and Theo I cleaned their litter box, fed them and also played with them showing them the love they needed. I am currently unemployed as a stay at home mom so it fits into my daily routine perfectly. I’m willing to do what it takes to support myself I have a fenced back yard with an open space for bathroom breaks and play time. I am a animal lover and your pets will be taken care of
About: I've always have dog in my life, and my passion for dogs will last forever. My friend told me that I don't treat my dogs as dogs but babies. Remember, a genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being are at the heart of any successful pet care experience! I'm currently full time house wife with 2 dogs, no kids. My daily routines are my dogs, so I have a lot of time to watch yours too! We walk 4 times a day, and enjoy homemade dog treat and food. I don't have yard so I walk dogs instead (3-4 times a day), and I always clean them right after walking so they are allowed on furniture. Remember, a walk a day keep vet away. I do have crates if needed.
About: Hi! I'm Elijah and I'd love to care for your dog(s) whether you're going on vacation or simply need a sitter for the day. I'm a nursing student in my final semester and I'm returning to Rover after six years! I have one dog of my own, a 9-year-old mini schnauzer named Winston, along with two rabbits and a leopard gecko. My partner has two dogs of his own as well, a labrador named Nina and a shih-tzu mix named Lucky—both of them being seniors at ages 13 and 15! We live in a 2 bedroom house with a medium sized, fenced in backyard. I have gates and areas of the house that can easily be secluded if your pet would do better with limited access to other animals. Our dogs are all easy-going, surprisingly playful for their ages, and get along with other animals very well (although I'll still do introductions slowly and safely!). Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are the 3 days I have classes and I'm always home after that! Tuesday and Thursday I have a 2-hour class, and Saturday is my long day with a 10 hour clinical so my bookings will be closed for that specific day. The animals in my home are left alone for very little time each week. If guest animals have to be left alone, I have gates along with two rooms I can secure the guest pet in if need be! If you utilize a crate for your animal, you can bring that as well for me to use if I must leave for a short time.
About: I have fostered over 70 animals the past four alyears. Puppies, adult dogs kittens and cats. Also bunnies and guinea pigs! I have tons of experience with house training and crate training puppies. I volunteer at our local animal shelter weekly and have developed a strong bond with the rescue community. I also have experience administering medication. During the past two years I have met many animals , all with a different type of personality. I have been able to adapt and learn how to handle each unique personality. My time as a foster and shelter volunteer has really showed me what my true passion is! My schedule is very flexible and I'm usually able to accommodate last minute requests. Unless I have another client , my schedule is almost always open. I volunteer at the shelters on Tuesday mornings but I can always rearrange my volunteer days. My home is fenced in and I have crates for my own dogs, also extra crates for your dogs. My dogs have multiple play styles so I can adapt to just about any personality. I only ask that if your dogs are boarding in my home they are animal and kid friendly. If you're nervous about your dogs being around dogs you don't know, I understand. I can easily rotate the dogs time so they never even have to interact, as I have baby gates to keep them separated. I have a big fenced in yard so your dog will get plenty of play time. If you want boarding in your home I can do that too. I can provide plenty of love and play for them. Whatever you are comfortable with in your home just let me know! I also always will send tons of pictures. If you have puppies I can absolutely help with potty and also crate training if they aren't crate trained yet.

Ghost, my rescue dog, has given me a lot of experience with anxious, sensitive dogs that need a little more time and care. Where as Nanuk has shown me how to handle dogs with a ton of drive and intelligence. And how to harness that despite physical limitations. And my cat... well, he comes running whenever I get the treat bag and clicker and has his own variation on all the dogs tricks. ;) I look forward to meeting your pets and seeing what I can learn from them! I’m able to take care of any animal no matter the special help they may need. I’ve taken care of many different animals from dogs and cats to bearded dragons and toads. I’m not afraid to get grubby and clean out tanks or litter boxes. I currently have a part time office job that is done in person and remotely! I'll have plenty of time to be with your dogs to play, walk, and also chill while they nap. At your home I'll ensure all of your preferences and routines are maintained for your dog. That way I can ensure reduced stress while you're away and your dog(s) can have the best time possible while you're away!
“Cathy is a wonderful dogwalker! She was conscientious and caring regarding my older dog's needs. She communicates well and provided photos daily. Cathy made me feel at ease in trusting her with my dog and in my home.”
“Sydney is an excellent two-dog walker. My high-energy pups are already recognizing her and getting excited about their walks with her. I just stepped outside to retrieve them and they were sitting politely and picture-perfect.”
About: I’ve grown up around dogs. My family used to breed AKC Collie’s, owning 2 collies in total. Once I moved to college, I couldn’t have a collie where I lived so I got a Sheltie. He’s been with me ever since, though his “time” is approaching. (Passed away 4/6/2021) I’ve dog sat for several friends. I teach therefore summers off means a lot of availability for me to care for your dog! I’m no professional but I’m good with training and very patient with dogs. My sheltie was house broken in 6 months and knew all the basic commands. I have so much fun with dogs and have children to play with them too! Dogs must be good with other dogs and with children. I look forward to meeting your dog or dogs! I care a lot about animals! I do offer services year round, however, June through August are my peak times. I teach, therefore September through May are harder for me to care for other’s pets during the week. It can be done, but it is more difficult, as the pets will be cooped up from 7-3:30. I am always available on weekends! I offer discounts for repeat clients. Discount applied after booking. I am a teacher, therefore I primarily take on clients during the summer and on weekends. During the week is not out of question, just know they will be alone (must bring crate due to no supervision) from about 7 until 3/3:30 during the months school is in session. June through mid August, I am home except occasional errands and will be available for frequent potty breaks! I have a fenced in yard for your dog(s) to run around! I do have gentle giant (Great Dane) who loves to play. He can be intimidating, but he’s so sweet and just wants to play. Disclaimer- he drools a lot. I can keep your pet clean, though! I also have a Boston Terrier named Ellie. She is a very special story and although I picked her up as a 6 month old pup in 2012, we have been apart for 10 years and she’s back where she belongs. <3 If I come to your home for services, I am very professional and will be sure to follow your steps completely. I might sometimes need to bring my children with me, depending on the day.

About: I have owned and helped take care of my family’s animals since I was around 6 years old. I am a dog mom to a 4 year old golden retriever and she is my world. I would love to do anything that I can to help you and take care of your pet while you are away or just need an extra hand. I can go on walks with them, play with them, feed them, and keep them safe! I can also help bathe them and keep them groomed by brushing them. I am a photographer so I have relatively open availability. If you’re interested in hiring me, please let me know and we can talk about your pet and your expectations for me as a sitter. Looking forward to talking with you and meeting with your pets!! My dog is my entire world so I know exactly how anyone who trusts their pet with anyone else feels. There is so much love and support coming from my side of taking care of them. I talk to them like they are people and give them reassurance when it rains or when they miss you. For stop ins, it’s super easy for me to sit with them for up to an hour, giving them affection and company. For my own dog, we go on walks a lot and do tricks and puzzles to ensure brain exercise during the day. I do not have a fenced in yard yet, but we do walk with a leash around the town as well as use a beeping and vibrating collar to keep pets in our yard.

“This was our first time leaving our dogs with someone other than friends or family. Hailey as an amazing setup, with a crate for each dog and a large bowl of water in their crate. When we picked them up, they had adorable bandanas on them. We will definitely book with Hailey again!”

“Michelle kept me in the loop. I was anxious about being a first time rover user and she sent me updates with pictures to relieve my anxiety. Would definitely use her again.”

“Dianna was amazing! We were worried about leaving Ellie with anyone other than family, but by the time we picked Ellie up we decided we would most likely use her again rather than family! Thanks Dianna for keeping our big baby and allowing us to have nice worry free time away!”

“I had a great experience going to Kymberlee for my first time leaving my puppy! We had an initial meet-and-greet in which I felt extremely comfortable afterwards knowing I’d leave my puppy in great hands. She answered any questions or concerns I had. Stark loved staying with Kymberlee and I can tell he had a great time! He was so tired from all the play and love he received while I was away. Kymberlee kept me updated with videos, pictures, and texts of his amazing stay. I would definitely bring Stark back to her!!”

“**Review for Jamie:** Jamie was fantastic! She watched our dog Sarge for a full week and did an amazing job. She kept us updated the entire time with pictures and messages, which made us feel completely comfortable and at ease while we were away. Sarge clearly had a great time too. We’d happily book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter!”

“Emily was great, sending pictures each day of my dogs stay and keeping me updated. She even shuffled her schedule around to accommodate the days I needed. Would recommend to anyone!”
