About: For the past 12 years I've worked as a full time dog walker and pet sitter. Before that I worked as a Vet Assistant for which I went to school for. I was trained on handling pets in stressful situations, prepping and assisting in surgeries, administering medications and injections. I'm available for dog walking and pet sitting Monday through Sunday. I have very open availability and can work with the owners to figure out a schedule that works best for them. I service all of Albuquerque. I do not provide services for Placitas, East Mountains or Rio Rancho, I can provide pet sitting in my home. I can do pet sitting in your home and can go by as often as needed for as long as needed. I do not take my clients dogs to dog parks. I also never allow them off leash nor do I use retractable leashes. I can provide my own leash if necessary.

About: I've been a pet caretaker for most of my 45 years, but I only put 25 in the years experience because those adult years of my life have been most dedicated to pet care. I am a serial adopter of rescue animals, so I'm well versed in pet conditions that need special care. I don't crate our animals and I love them all unconditionally. If you have a pet that needs special attention or even a modicum of training, I'd be happy to help you take care of them. I'm a military veteran and author working from home. I spend my entire day spoiling my pets (I have both cats and dogs, and they get along well enough). I walk the dogs daily, sometimes more than once. The dogs get brushed regularly and the cats get brushed if they make an appearance or we can catch them. As mentioned earlier, I do not crate our pets. I prefer to let them roam, but I occasionally do block off certain areas of the house to prevent naughty behavior. The pets are always rewarded for good behavior with snacks.

About: Growing up around dogs of all breeds has taught me about their unique personalities, preferences, and safety. I believe every animal deserves love and pampering—whether they’re couch potatoes or full of energy, I adapt quickly! Comfortable with both small and large dogs, I’ve seen it all—so nothing fazes me. As a big advocate for exercise, I’ll make sure active pups get plenty of walks. And don’t worry—your pet will get all the love and care they deserve. I’ve got plenty to give! I currently have an open schedule as I am returning to school come the fall semester. Once that begins, I will still be very open as most of my classes are online. I stick to their routine, dietary needs, and favorite activities (walks, playtime, or cuddles!). Safety and love come first, and I always keep owners updated. Dogs enjoy structured outings, while cats get play or space, depending on their mood. I adapt to each pet’s unique personality to keep them happy and comfortable!

About: I have always had dogs in my life! I’ve taken care of large dogs of various breeds as well as small pups. I enjoy the different personalities that each dog has and would love to take care of yours! We have a 4 year old Lab that would love to have another dog to play with and keep her company! We have a fenced in back yard and turf for the dogs to run and play! Our pups are pretty spoiled and have free roam of the house. We allow them to sleep in the bed but also have many dog beds throughout the house and will follow whatever routine or rules you set to continue your pups routine.

About: I grew up with large dogs in the home and spent my teenage years pet-sitting for neighbors and family friends with pets of all types! This included all sizes of dogs, so I am comfortable with most breeds, house cats, and specialty care including elderly pets, pets with medication needs including daily pills and insulin injections, and different walking requirements/practices. I have no concerns about large breeds as long as they are leash trained. I am very comfortable with puppies and basic dog training and am comfortable practicing your preferred walking or training practices as specified. I am a current graduate student that loves pets and uses rover for flexibility around my school schedule. My availability fluctuates however I am often working from home for months at a time and am flexible for drop-ins, house-sitting, and walking schedules. I am comfortable caring for your pet as you prefer and have experience with many pet living situations. Relative to walking, I have used many methods including pronged collars, gentle leaders, harnesses, traditional leashes, etc. Within my own home, I have one 2-year old labrador that loves playing with other dogs and is gentle with dogs of all sizes.

About: As an animal lover, I have grown up with and taken care of cats and dogs all my life. Even horses. I have experience working at a doggy daycare. I have experience with dog to dog aggression issues and fights. I know how to feed, groom, and clean up after all sizes and breeds. Most importantly I love, hug and kiss on every dog and cat I meet. I'm currently available all days of the week and any time. Overnight stays, drop ins, walks and holidays. My schedule is very open and flexible. The most important thing is to be vigilant and aware. If something is not right with your pet you investigate. If you're walking your dog around other dogs be very cautious. Keep the house clean as so they don't get into anything and anything harmful out of their reach.

About: With 2 dogs of my own, I completely understand the worry of having to leave your baby in the care of another. I offer flexible boarding in my home and check ins/walks! I’ve taken care of various friends and family members pets while they were away, have tons of experience in the pet sitting world (can provide references if needed) and both my boyfriend and I are certified vet assistants! Im currently working part time, have a schedule that allows me to be home a majority of the day, and can provide flexible potty breaks. Living in an apartment, we have access to many parks and various trails nearby! My dogs love company and will keep your pup busy for hours. They are both crate trained and everyone can be separated if needed.
