“I would definitely give Rachel more than 5 stars, if possible. My elderly girl is sometimes reluctant to meeting new people. Rachel went out of her way to do 2 meet and greats to assure Bella would be comfortable with her, even though Bella had taken to her immediately. Rachel is an exceptionally, caring pet caregiver. She treated Bella as if she were her own. Rachel was very communicative sending me daily updates and pictures. I was totally comfortable and confident that Bella was in good hands. Rachel was reliable and responsible following Bella’s schedule of meds and meals. I can’t say enough positive comments about how wonderful it was to have Rachel in my home and with my Bella. Zack did an excellent job caring for our babies. He was communicative throughout the entire stay, followed all of our instructions carefully, and gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We were especially impressed with the care he provided to our senior diabetic dog. Zack handled insulin injections and other medications confidently and reliably, which was incredibly important to us. It's clear he genuinely cares about the pets he looks after. Thank you for taking such great care of Graham and Winslow. They absolutely loved you, and we would not hesitate to book with you again in the future. Highly recommended!
I was a little nervous about leaving Riley with someone new, but as soon as I started talking with her, I felt reassured. She was very direct about what she could do for Riley and clearly communicated her schedule. We met the same day, and she instantly put me at ease. We had a great conversation about Riley, his routine, and expectations. She was incredibly sweet, comforting, and asked thoughtful questions that showed she genuinely cared. She checked in on Riley the next day and sent pictures and videos, which I absolutely loved seeing. She never hesitated to reach out and keep me updated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and she will definitely be my go to person for Riley from now on!
