About: Hello, my name is Kathy and I offer overnight boarding, day care, and walking for mellow and senior dogs and I specialize in caring for cats and kittens. I have lived with and cared for both cats and dogs my whole life, from young ones to seniors, as well as sick pets who need medical attention. I am skilled at giving oral medication and shots. I also volunteer at my local no-kill shelter and handle cats of all sizes. My husband and I live with our small introverted tripod dog and 2 cats in a house with a fenced-in backyard. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe with sidewalks. Our home is a relaxing space for senior, mellow, and/or introverted dogs - if your dog enjoys cuddling on the couch or slow strolls around a quiet neighborhood, then we have the perfect home! I also offer the following services separately: - Dog baths (shampoo + conditioner; $15/bath) - Cat nail trimming ($10/session) Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I work from home with a generally flexible schedule. I'm able to set my own hours for the most part and can be available over lunch as well as before and after work. I'm also able to take frequent breaks to let dogs outside in our fenced-in backyard with a 6-foot fence. After work, we will go for a walk around the neighborhood. I'm the primary caretaker but my husband helps when he is home. Boarding: I have a small, introverted tripod and 2 cats. As such, I will only board mellow, senior, and/or introverted dogs who are good with cats. My cats will not bother your baby as long as they don't bother the cats. Drop-ins: I understand every pet has its own personality and will respect their needs! I'm happy to play with your energetic companion or leave your shy loved one alone and let them come to me. No matter what, I am always attentive to their body language.

About: I have raised all types of animals throughout my life. I raised a liter of puppies and have raised my own dog for 8 years. I love taking walks and don’t mind spending some time playing with them. I enjoy being outside and can help exercise any pup. If they need to be fed, just let me know what time and what food and your loved one will have a full belly. I am also a cat, fish, bunny, and more person for those that don’t have dogs! I’ve raised two cats of my own that are no longer with me and I’m fascinated by fish! I work from home with a flexible schedule and work around your personal needs. I take care of my dog everyday walking, feeding, playing, rides, cuddling, and more! I can accommodate early/late pickup drop off. I keep my dog separate from other dogs at time and will allow other dogs to also have their alone time. I will follow all needs of each dog and carefully review all directions. Your dog will rarely be left alone, I am usually always around. Throughout your dogs stay, you will receive photos & videos throughout their stay. Please feel free to reach out anytime during your dogs stay no matter the reason, I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible.

“Neither I nor my boyfriend have anything bad to say about Caren. Not only did we both adore her but our dog did too, and was so excited every morning to get to go to Caren's. Our only complaint is we couldn't permanently add her to our family! She is so dedicated to the animals and making sure that they are safe, taken care of, healthy, and will do almost anything to personalize the visit to suit the individual needs of the dog. Ours has anxiety issues and she never had a single problem accommodating him. We used her almost every weekday (usually around 3 days a week) for the last about two months because of how much we loved and trusted her. Her entire family is so sweet and any dog that stays with her will get immediately loved and spoiled and pampered. If you're on the fence, she is 110% worth it and an absolute doll. Such a sweet person and so amazing with each animal she takes care of!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life as I have had two labs and a husky throughout my life. I have also walked my neighbors dogs for years. I am trying to do something in my spare time that I actually have a passion for doing to make some extra money! I am available almost anytime. I care for my lab in my house and have a fenced in back yard. He likes to run in the yard and is very friendly.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was young, there's never been a point in my life where I didn't have dogs in the house. I lost my old lady dog two years ago but since then I’ve been sitting for others to fill the hole in my heart and home. I love older dogs who like to cuddle and hang out all day, but truly I am just a dog person. I’m currently unemployed so I have all day to love on these pups. I like to be active and have access to local trails so we can take walks and enjoy the weather. I don’t like to take risks with dogs, I will not allow a dog I’m caring for to meet other dogs or random people in my care. I have no children and no other pets.

About: I have tended to the needs of animals my entire life. Friends, neighbors, those who don’t know me, trust me with their babies. I can walk, feed the fur friends and even clean your house. ❤️we love animals of all kinds. I am flexible for your needs! We do not have our own dogs so we can take a few pups at a time. I can watch your babies in my home or your home. This allows them to feel safe and secure. I am happy to stay the night or do drop ins. Their comfort is my priority!

About: I have trained my own dog, as well as many other family/friend pets over the years. I LOVE any and all animals, and I am sure to give each of them attentive care specific to their own personal needs. I am very good at reading animals and their personalities, and I know how to make them feel the most comfortable and happy. I am a college student home for the summer. I currently work at Centerstage Academy, which is a musical theatre program for kids, but I have lots of free time especially on weekdays. I am more than willing to commute to your home, or let them stay at my house! In my home, I am able to care for pets in many ways. I have a large backyard that is fenced, and lots of dog food and treats available for use. I have a dog of my own too! His name is Cooper, he is 12 years old but he still acts like a puppy. He is super friendly and loves to play with new friends. I also have bedding available, and a crate that I can use if requested! In a clients home, I am able to bring toys, treats, bedding, and anything else needed to best entertain the pet. I am very respectful of other people's homes and I would be sure to keep things tidy while also keeping your pet company.
