“Kayla is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had! We had just moved into the area, so I didn’t know anyone who could watch my baby (dog), Charlie. I was a little nervous originally to leave him with someone new. However, we met Kayla prior to the dog sitting and really liked her so felt very comfortable with having Kayla watch Charlie. She did such a fantastic job- I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She is so caring and makes the extra effort to make our babies feel comfortable and content. One of our kitties is very shy and Hanna did a great job of respecting her space but also making sure she’s fed/doing well. The other kitty that loves attention, Hanna made sure to give it to him! About: I’ve been walking my friend’s’ dogs over the years and I absolutely love it. I’d be more than happy to check in your pe, take them for a walk and make sure that they don’t feel alone while you have to be out. I work from home two weeks of the month currently and will be expecting to be fully home by February. During those weeks, I can come anytime of day but the other two weeks, I’ll be available Thursday-Sunday. I’ll confirm that your pet is healthy and ensure that they’re comfortable with my presence / actions. I’ll also follow all instructions provided to me and share updates after each visit.
“Erin was wonderful. She did an advance “interview “ with Max prior to the sitting. She sent us many pictures on multiple days which we loved. She comforted our max during thunderstorms and the like. She brings her baby with her. Even though we don’t have kids max took to watching after both Erin and her baby. Although we did not make our final arrival time, we worked the key exchange and the house was better than we left it with dishwasher items put away. We had daily updates most days and Erin was always responsive. We would definitely recommend her.”

Cassidy did a fabulous job watching our 2 kitties, Kit & Kat for the weeknd. It was 4 months since she last watched them, yet as soon as Kat saw her, he immediately came over for pets and rolled on the floor with his belly up. Makenzie did a wonderful job house sitting and caring for our German Shepherd, Luna! We came home to a happy pup and a spotless house. She communicated with us daily, sending updates and keeping us informed about how Luna was doing. Luna has brittle nails due to lupus, so she requires a little extra attention, and Makenzie was great about monitoring her and keeping us updated. She also paid close attention to all the details in the care instructions we left, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We really appreciated how thoughtful, attentive, and reliable she was. We would absolutely recommend Makenzie and would happily have her watch Luna again!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
