About: I grew up with dogs and love them! I can handle feedings, walks, play time, and so on. I can do pet meds on a case by case basis. I work full-time, and primarily remote. If local, I can do morning, midday, or/and evening check-ins and walks. I can do overnight care in pet’s home, if hypoallergenic dog :) If I have access to wifi to work remotely, I’m also happy to stay there during the day to let your pup out. We booked Nicole and Cody for drop ins for our dogs while we were on vacation. We booked one hour visits twice a day for 5 days. A few visits did end up being about 30 ish min but the dogs were fed and had plenty of backyard time and that's what matters. Pictures were provided everyday that showed them warming to the Rovers and having a good time. One of our dogs is on a daily allergy medicine and the rovers seem to have gotten him to take it every day! This was our first time using Rover and probably won't be our last.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
