Hello Everyone! Our names are Nicole and Cody. Nicole has been surrounded by and caring for animals since she can remember! She used to work at a zoo for 6 years before her time in the military. We both grew up with dogs and cats ever since we could walk. She has volunteered at professional dog shows and helped train K-9 dogs for search and rescue. We both find ourselves preferring to be surrounded by animals if given the option! We are both retired from the Navy and doing what we love full time now! We also like to offer grooming if you choose to stay with us! Rates will vary depending on size and what you are wanting done. We do have a doodle of our own and can provide photos of previous cuts we have done! Please remember we are not professional groomers though! We would love to help if needing anything from just nails trimmed to a bath or a haircut or all of the above! I hope that you all will give us a chance to pet sit for you. My dog loved staying here. They were very friendly and sent me pictures, keeping me updated throughout the whole stay. I will definitely be bringing him back!
We booked Nicole and Cody for drop ins for our dogs while we were on vacation. We booked one hour visits twice a day for 5 days. A few visits did end up being about 30 ish min but the dogs were fed and had plenty of backyard time and that's what matters. Pictures were provided everyday that showed them warming to the Rovers and having a good time. One of our dogs is on a daily allergy medicine and the rovers seem to have gotten him to take it every day! This was our first time using Rover and probably won't be our last.
Communication was excellent, drop-off and pick-up were smooth and easy, and best of all, my dog came home happy and tired. Thank you, Nicole and Cody, for taking such good care of my pup!

Absolutely amazing. I'm likely going to board Clover with Nicole and Cody even when we're not traveling - because Clover had such a great time with them!

Nicole and Cody are both retired from the Navy and will have ample time to love on your fur babies and care for all of them as our own!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a privacy fenced yard with ample room for your babies to play! We have 5 friendly cats as well and a catio that they have full access to at all times as will your cat if you choose to pet sit with us! For house sitting requests we would ideally like to service all of Whidbey Island! With two of us we do really well balanacing out the boarding and house sittings as we receive them! Any requests off island we are open to discussing but will be a little more difficult depending on dates! The service area map on this app does not do very well on letting me select a specific area so I just wanted to clear that up for anyone!

A typical day
Our ideal days consist of a lot of outside time as we have set up our backyard like a dog park with benches, tires, a pool and a whole lot of toys to choose from! We also go to different dog parks and dog beaches with the owners approval at times!
