“My pups are always excited when I pull up at Nicole's, they run right up to the door, which shows me they're happy and comfortable in her home. She's has excellent communication and takes good care of my babies.”

“Hazel had a blast hanging out with Jax! She came home happy, tired, and well cared for. It was clear she had a wonderful time, and we’d definitely trust Virginia with Hazel again!”

“As always, Angela saves the day! She messaged me back right away despite me requesting daycare with very short notice. She saved me the stress and trip of dropping them off or picking up. And she took amazing care of our babies while they were with her. She’s the best!”

“Nutchamon did a great job with Zeus. She kept me updated with pictures and messages. I’m very happy with her services. She reliable and responsive when it comes to responding to messages. I also like that she would send me pictures of him through out the day.”

“Kelsey and her family were great with our young blue heeler, Angus. He can be an anxious guy and selective with certain people, but Kelsey put off the right energy and he quickly warmed up to her. Super grateful to have a place for him to stay where we won’t have to worry about our young son.”

“So happy with our first experience with Chelsea AND Rover. Chelsea was excellent at communicating and helping us figure out what to do with our new pup. She was flexible with our weird hours and picked him up and brought him home. She sent pictures of him tuckered out and told us all about his adventurous day. Can't wait to work with her again.”

About: I believe dogs have the best souls on earth. Enjoy hiking, playing in the yard, or simply being in their space. I also enjoy training from puppy to advanced agility. I’ve trained a couple different types of dogs and a bird ranging in ages. Also able to transport locally to homes, vet, and or parks. My late sweet Pepper dog and I were Project Caine certified as a Therpy team, volunteers at island hospital, and Master Agility Champions. We look forward to meeting with other awesome dogs and their owners. I work in the travel industry, so my schedule varies. I usually know a couple weeks in advance. My spouse’s schedule varies too. Sometimes we are available 24/7 We treat Pets as Family in our home.🥰. We live on acreage close to Deception Pass. We have experience with administering 💊 medication to young and older fur babies 🐾
“We give Roxy 5 stars for her dog daycare. Our Basset Hound Stella needed somewhere to go while we had an appointment that was going to take us away from home for most of the day. We reached out to Roxy and set up a meet and greet. Stella was introduced to one of her current dogs in her care. All went well and then Stella met the other dogs spending the day with her. Roxy has a wonderful way about her with dogs. She is wonderful at ensuring that a new potential client is compatible with her existing clients before she will bring you into her care. The process was extremely professional and detailed. We were fortunate that Stella integrated well into her care. Roxy provided photo updates on how Stella was doing and we couldn't be more thrilled to now have a place for Stella to go when we need to be gone for the day. If you are looking for a doggy day care I would highly recommend you reach out to Roxy.”

“Tammy and her family were the best! Super friendly, very hospitable and accommodating. They took great care of Elsa as they always do. Every time I pick her up she is in a good mood, smiling and passes out as soon as she gets in the car. I highly recommend Tammy, she was such a delight and took amazing care of Elsa.”

“Thank you so much for taking care of Ferdinand! It’s weird for me leaving him with someone we don’t know, but Virginia was kind and welcomed him right in. She sent a couple of cute photos which also made me feel better because he looked so happy! She was flexible with pick up since we weren’t sure about ferry times etc. which was super nice, and when we picked him up she sent him home with a bear that he got very attached to :D We’re already going to book her again for another long day away from home!”

“Katrina is a gem - quick responses, and was very easy going and willing to roll with it when I (embarrassingly) forgot my dog's bag of lunch, toys, etc. the first time I brought him over. I don't think he even missed his things, given how well her place is set up for dogs. The big, fenced back yard is a dream!”

About: I have worked with shelter dogs for about six years and I have had quite a bit of training on dog behavior, handling, and socializing. My past shelter job required me to become SAFER certified in order to do behavior assessments on dogs coming in. I have worked with hundreds of dogs with a wide variety of behavior issues. As the dog care lead for my last shelter I oversaw the care of up to 120 dogs at a time. Part of the dogs care included medicating, I am familiar with many common health issues and medications and am comfortable administering all forms of medications. I have one small dog of my own, a neutered male that likes other dogs. Right now I am only looking for like sized dogs male or female (20 pounds and under) or very calm bigger dogs to babysit. I live on a small dahlia farm - about two acres, unfenced. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and in bed but you can provide their bedding if you think they’d prefer it. While our house is being built we live in a 2 bedroom “mother in law”. It is small so not ideal for active bigger dogs right now. I only sit one dog at a time, unless the dogs come from the same household or they are known friends and okayed by both families. I have a small dahlia farm so I work from home! I have free range chickens and one senior dog. My typical day revolves around taking care of the animals and flowers. Right now our yard isn’t fenced but it’s a summer goal! I take the dogs for a walk in the morning and then out for potty breaks every couple hours after that.
“Haden took excellent care with our Banjo, introducing him to her two big friendly dogs. Huge fenced shady acreage to run around in (although Banjo preferred to sit, sniff, listen and contemplate life). He even got to meet a sheep (from safely behind a fence)!”

Swantown dog parents share their Rover experiences
Cassidy is a warm and friendly dog caregiver. This was our first time using Rover and our first time leaving Daisy with someone else. Cassidy was great about asking questions during our dog's stay. She kept in touch with photos and let us know how things were going. Daisy loved the large fenced back yard and she got plenty of attention! Upon pick up, Daisy seemed happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend Cassidy and would use her again.
