About: I’m dog CPR and First Aid certified! I’ve worked as an Assistant Manager at a doggy daycare for 3 years where I also work there as the Groomer. I am also a certified cat and dog groomer! Overall I am here to love all of your fur babies ! I own 2 mini australian shepards, a german shepherd, and 3 cats! I’m always out and about with them! It’s their world, I’m just living in it! I have a big yard and 3 very friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. If needed, my dogs can always be kept separate. I’m here to help you and your fur baby feel comfortable!

About: Hi my name is Michael. I am a current senior at Wilkes who is looking to get involved in the local community. I have spent several years caring for dogs. I have two of my own at home in Stroudsburg (pit mixes), and in high school and over breaks I have pet sat and walked dogs for over a dozen homes in my community. I take pride in being a student leader and a future educator, as well as being responsible, dependable, and knowledgeable. For instance, I am well versed in dog body language, basic obedience, and many different breeds and personalities (small to big, guardian breeds, I love them all!). I am happy to reinforce the rules, expectations, and training that you have with your pet, or teach small new things like leash manners. Whether your dog needs to burn some energy, or just needs someone to check in on them throughout the week, I hope that you will consider me! Being a college student, my schedule is actually pretty flexible. I am generally available for: Morning/Midday walks/check-ins throughout the work week. Afternoon and evening visits on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Weekend stays or longer visits potentially as well. If you have any questions please reach out and I can see if we can work something out! Being a pet parent myself, I understand the varying needs and concerns when it comes to a pet sitter. Because of that, I take time to speak with all owners about expectations, routines, and how they would like me to approach their home and pets. I usually like to meet all pets with the owners before beginning care as well, simply to ensure that they are comfortable with me. Generally, I will also take notice and respond to any body language or comfort concerns, exercise and training expectations, feeding and medication routines, and any other requests that an owner or pet may bring! I currently work a remote job, so I can care for your animals on my lunch (noon-1pm typically) or after 4:30pm. I cannot stay overnight. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for about 6 years now, all different breeds and sizes. My family, friends, neighbors, and bosses have hired me to take care of their own dogs for days at a time. This included walking, playing, feeding, taking to vet appointments and much for for their beloved dog. I am currently a junior at West Chester University, studying Finance. I will be free everyday in between classes, after classes, evenings and weekends. I have a very flexible schedule! I live in an apartment so I would not be allowed to have dogs stay for a long period of time. I do have my own reliable transportation so I can be anywhere where I am needed!

About: I've taken care of multiple cats and dogs for the past 7 years, have helped with house sitting and dropping in to keep energetic dogs from tearing apart the house while the owners are away, and have walked dogs for quite a bit. I have also owned or lived in households where there are multiples cats and dogs, so taking care of more than one animal at a time is not an issue for me. I work night shifts and can easily pop out during the day to take care of any animal, stopping by the house to let the dog out as frequently as needed, feeding the pets, etc. I also have my own car, so transportation is not an issue. For pet care, it entirely depends on the animal. Basics, however, include feeding and providing fresh water, cleaning out litter boxes on a regular basis, and making sure dogs or more active pets get the exercise they need throughout the day.

It is a rewarding experience to be able to take care of any animal that needs it while their owner is away. Since starting Rover in August 21’, I’ve had 10+ repeat clients and have established great friendships with families/people in the community as a result. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm and summer months off. I am currently a part time Binghamton University graduate student studying for a masters degree in early childhood special education. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away to ease your anxiety. Experience - administering medicine/injections - cats, big dogs, small dogs, senior animals, special needs pets, pigs, cows, chickens. -exercise/run with your pet -hospice/end of life care (Repositioning every hour, hand feeding, massages, cooking packs, frozen bone broth snacks on warmer days, the list goes on) Pets and animals deserve to be spoiled but most importantly, they deserve to be loved. I have a white pitbull fur baby (Minnie). Shes a loyal, sweet and well behaved dog, I’m so lucky and thankful for her every day as she brings me so much happiness. She stays at home with her other best friend, my significant other while I’m away.
