About: I understand how nerve wracking it is to trust someone new to take care of your fur babies. My goal is to give you peace of mind and treat them like one of my own. I have taken care of my own, neighbors, and friends pets for years and am looking to expand while in school! You can expect open communication, frequent updates, and plenty of enrichment (of course some funny photos too)! I will be in school Tuesday and Thursday nights for 2 1/2 hours. Once I get the swing of things I will expand my schedule:). I care for pets with patience, attention, and lots of love. I make sure each pet’s individual routine and needs are followed, including feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any special instructions from their owner. I also enjoy giving pets plenty of attention and companionship while making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I treat every pet as if they were my own and keep owners updated so they know their pet is happy and well cared for!

About: Hi! My name is Taylor, and I’m a passionate animal lover with 5 years of hands-on pet care experience. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I currently have 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 5 chickens of my own! My experience goes far beyond caring for my own pets. I’ve worked at two dog daycares and as a groomer, where I gained experience caring for dogs with a wide variety of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’ve cared for puppies, senior dogs, dogs with intense anxiety, and dogs who need a little extra patience, reassurance, and one-on-one attention. I’ve also administered medications and am comfortable following specific care instructions to make sure every pet gets exactly what they need. I have extensive experience with cats as well, including kittens, senior cats, cats requiring medication, and even feral cats. I’m FetchFind certified, which taught me a lot about animal behavior and communication, and I’m currently completing two animal behavior certifications through Washington State University, where I’m learning more about animal behavior, including both canine and feline behavior. I especially love working with animals who need a little extra love and understanding. About: Hi! I am a stay-at-home mom of a human baby and two fur babies. I previously worked in upstate NY for a dog training company, My Dog Hikes, as a dog hiker where we took dogs from NYC into the woods for full day dog-care fun. Because of this I am comfortable giving medication and using training commands. I also have a Cattle Dog (Clayton) and Black Lab mix (Tarzan) of my own. I would love to take your little ones on the trails, play fetch in the yard, or just snuggle on the couch with lots of pets. I have a very open schedule so can work around any timeframe you need! As childcare is very expensive, please note before booking me that my son, Eli (3), will be joining me on my jobs. We can always meet beforehand to see if it's a good fit! Additionally - I do not accept requests for recurring weekly services and prefer them to be sporadic. As I am a stay-at-home mom your typical work week is when I am available. I can be flexible around your schedule! I can also stop by to spend some time with your pets on the weekend, so you can go enjoy a trip away. (: I do not care for dogs in my own home as my Lab does not like other dogs. In your home, however, I take care to follow all instructions closely! I take many pictures so prepare for cuteness overload. I also have experience working with a dog training/walking company in NYC and am comfortable with a wide array of needs.

About: We are a family of 3 who live in the Gig Harbor/Purdy area. Our home is located on 2.4 acres with open grass areas and a fenced area if your dog prefers to be outside. **Note: fenced area is currently undergoing some summer cleanup so dogs are not left unattended in the yard at this time. We provide a designated doggy sleeping area inside our home which includes a soft doggie bed. We will make sure your pet gets a lot of outdoor time taking walks with us. I also make homemade, healthy doggie treats to spoil them while they are vacationing with us. Your pet will be treated as if he/she was our own pet and will have plenty of playtime and attention. We love dogs and want them to feel at home in our country setting. Also we are not a large kennel, so we only have 2-4 dogs at one time which allows us to give each dog plenty of time and attention and keep things mellow for the dogs and us. We do have our own doggie Willow. She just turned 5 in July. She does well playing with dogs of all sizes. She has made many dog friends through my daycare. *Due to restrictions of our homeowners insurance, certain breeds are not accepted at this time.* I am home all day to watch and play with your pet. I rarely leave but when I sometimes have to leave for short periods, your dog will be very comfortable in our large dog crates with comfortable padded beds. Our family loves dogs and your pet will receive alot of attention and exercise. During the day they can be outside playing in the fenced area (**see above) or just hang out inside with our family, and in the evenings all dogs sleep inside the house with us. We do use crates at night for dogs that are used to that and we provide soft dog bedding in the crates. Dogs that do not prefer crates sleep on dog beds in our bedrooms so they never feel alone.
