About: I’ve taken care of dogs for neighbors and family friends. I was a recurrent dog sitter for a year and I would take dogs on walks, follow their food schedule, and also take some time throughout the day to continue simple parts of their training. I’m currently available part time, mainly on the weekends and Wednesdays where i’m available from early morning to late afternoon. Im currently only able to do drop ins and walking for your puppies or cats. For my clients home, i’ll be there to take care of your pets and only do as you instructed. I’ll play with your pets and if preferred, I can take your pet on a walk around your neighborhood.
About: My fiancé and I are a pet-sitting power duo! We are both experienced pet sitters and have been doing this for many years. For as long as I can remember, I have loved animals. Growing up, my family has always had animals so I have spent a lot of time around them. My fiancé has experience with cats and dogs but also worked on a farm/ranch for 7 years. In high school, I took veterinarian science as well as companion animal science. Both taught me a lot about animals, what to expect, and how to best care for them. My fiancé and I were both active members of FFA (Future Farmers of America). I just graduated with my Bachelors and work as a nanny while he works full time as well. About: I’ve been a dog lover and owner my entire life! I’ve cared for puppies to senior dogs, small dogs to herd dogs. I love long walks and helping dogs stay active and entertained! As a college student, I am available on most evenings and weekends, as well as an assortment of afternoons or mornings. About: Lucky enough to grow up on a farm, my family constantly was fostering pups from birth, senior dogs and raising our own! Responsibility was an extremely important value to learn growing up, since I was young Iv personally learned bottle feeding, administering oral medication and training for not only dogs but farm animals too! Between my two parents households and my own adulthood I have experienced raising pits, Staffordshire bull terriers, a German shepherd, a Great Pyrenees a Weimaraner and a springer spaniel plus temporarily fostering more breeds! Although iv had responsibility for many animals at once my love and gentle care was NEVER a second priority, I love my animals like children and I know how important they are to you too! Mon-wed I clean houses for 4-8 hours a day. There is always time in between houses perfect for a quick walk or check in. Fri -sun I’m a waitress and both jobs I’m always off and in newberg before 5 pm, perfect for over nights or evening play dates. As an early bird I’m always available before 8 am Mon-wed. Occasionally I have a weekday or a Saturday off where I can dedicate my whole day. With many years of home training experience I can ensure that strategic walking is in place to keep your dog close and manageable in public, I’m familiar with commands and trigger words and I don’t mind tricking your pup with a sweet treat if needed and requested ;) familiar with crating, pull collars and administering oral medication!
About: I have grown up having and taking care of dogs my whole life, as well as looking after friends' dogs while they are away. I truly believe that a pet is apart of the family and should be treated as such. When sitting dogs I am willing to take extra time and put in the effort to make sure they are fed, exercised, hydrated, and loved as they would be with their family. I am a student-athlete going to school at George Fox University. I have a structured schedule that allows me to know exactly when I am available each day. I am free most afternoons for pet/house sitting overnight, as well as throughout the day for drop in visits when needed. About: Ive had dogs my entire life. Ive taken care of dogs of all ages, size, and temperaments. I currently have an elderly blind chihuahua, and a corgi mix who is reactive. I recently left my job of 4 years due to lack of proper management. Im taking classes through Chemeketa but my schedule is very flexible. About: TLDR - I have experience with many types of pets with varying needs. I have two kids (ages 12 and 14) and many other creatures in the home. I am available for drops ins and walks, but longer term engagements would have to be at my home. I have a fully fenced yard and can welcome a dog to come stay in my home. I have previous obedience training experience and have taken three dogs to state for obedience competition. Over the years, I have cared for dogs and cats with varying medical and behavioral needs. From cats needing injections to highly reactive dogs neesing a calm presence, I have expertly cared for them all. I have two daughters, aged 12 and 14, who have lived their life around pets of all sorts and love to come with me when I am visiting a dog or cat. If you are not comfortable having them in your home, or your pet is not comfortable with kids, that is totally understandable. We had such a wonderful experience with Isamar and Caleb and ! They were incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and thorough in getting to know both of our labs. They took the time to ask great questions and really understand each dog’s needs. One of our labs has cerebellar hypoplasia, which affects his balance and ability to follow commands, and they handled him with so much patience, care, and compassion. It meant a lot to see how intentional they were—taking notes and making sure they understood how to support him safely and appropriately. They also sent frequent updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dogs were in great hands and genuinely cared for. We would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, kind, and attentive sitters!

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
