About: I've been looking after dogs, primarily small ones, for quite a long time now. Have had to feed and walk and watch over them plenty of times over the years for family members. Currently unemployed, so my schedule is quite free, which includes all reasonable hours of the day. Currently unable to watch over animals at my place of living. I personally care for my own cat and one of my mother's dogs on the daily, but the house itself isn't fit for me to watch over any additional animals.
About: I’ve always had dogs in my life and I love them oh so dearly! I’ve stayed in homes of family friend dog owners for a few years now, mostly just taking care of the dogs and going on walks, as well as watering plants when needed. I’m not much of a cat person, I didn’t grow up with cats but I can do what is needed of me. I work part time, around 25 hours a week so I’ll have plenty of time to hang out with your babies and make sure they are well taken care of. I will care for your baby in your own home where they have all their favorite toys and comfort spots. I will take them for walks and give them all the snuggles they need!
About: TLDR - I have experience with many types of pets with varying needs. I have two kids (ages 12 and 14) and many other creatures in the home. I am available for drops ins and walks, but longer term engagements would have to be at my home. I have a fully fenced yard and can welcome a dog to come stay in my home. In my own home I have a fully fenced yard and space to run around. When I am out of the home I kennel my own dog, who has anxiety and that helps her feel more secure. My cats enjoy a fully enclosed catio in the back yard. I am cery careful to have dogs fully leashed before heading out the door to prevent any running into the street. I keep an eye on anything in a home that might cause injury to a pet.

She sent me photo and video updates, and Otie even gave her several kisses—which he usually saves for me and his dad! About: We honor the spaces of pets and allow them the time to become comfortable. We always assure they feel safe, and know we are a guest in their space or they are an honored guest in our family home. We love spending time with animals and have been fortunate to provide care to friends animals overnight and for daily care. My husband and I work full-time, on opposite schedules. We are available evenings during the week and weekends. During the week, we are more than happy to board pets as needed. I work from home, and he works only a few days a week. We have a fenced yard and we live in a dog lover neighborhood. We take our friends dogs on walks often, as needed. We have cared for family and friends dogs overnight and they all enjoyed their time at our home. We tend to spoil pets (based on parents discretion of course) while they are with us. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life: dogs, cats, lizards, fish, etc. Sadly, I found out as an adult that I am allergic to cats. It just means I get to love on dogs even more! About: IMPORTANT: I will be going back to school Sept 12, no longer available for rover. I think what sets me apart is the fact that I am not just doing this as a side hustle, but as a lifestyle. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
