About: I’m someone who values trust, consistency, and kindness when caring for pets. I also understand, from experience, every animal has different needs based on their routine and energy levels. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority. Dog walking is the perfect fit for me as a stay at home mom looking to earn extra income while doing something I truly enjoy. I love being outside, staying active, and having a consistent routine, and I take pride in being someone others can rely on. Caring for animals fits naturally into my day and allows me to provide dependable, attentive care while giving each walk my full focus. I feel confident walking dogs because I have hand on experience and a strong understanding of how important daily walks are to a dog’s overall well being. Walks aren’t just about exercise. They provide mental stimulation, structure, and happiness. I’m attentive to each dog’s needs and make sure every walk is safe, engaging, and fulfilling.

About: I’ve been around dogs almost all my life and everyone in my family loves dogs. My parents have a papillon, my brother has a Shiba, sister has a German shepherd/Chihuahua mix, and my girlfriend and I have a Miniature Dachshund as well as a Golden Retriever. I make sure our dogs get a bath once a month, have food and water two times a day, go potty several times a day, and have costumes for dog parties. My girlfriend and I have recently began volunteering at a dog shelter in Milwaukee doing kennel duty and helping out at events to get some exposure for the dogs that are up for adoption. I work full time at a car dealership 7:30-5 M-Fr and occasionally weekends. I rarely have a chance to leave work early, if you’re close to my work, I could make a drop in visit during lunch time. I do not feed our dog human food. Doors are closed in the apartment when our dog is going to be left alone for more than a few minutes. When bathing him, I make sure to use dog friendly shampoo only with warm (not hot) water. After baths, I roll our dogs into a towel like a pig in a blanket until they are dry.
About: I’m a college graduate with a degree in Anthrozoology, which focuses on the relationship between humans and animals. Currently, I work as a stall cleaner at an equestrian center and part-time for another dog-sitting company called Harveys Homestead Keepers. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working hands-on with various animals, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, and amphibians, through my college program.Throughout my life, I’ve been a loving owner of both dogs and cats. I am also currently owner of a dog named Lydia and she loves other dogs and cats. I’m passionate about providing love and care to pets, and I’m eager to offer my services to your furry companions. Since I’m currently working part-time, I have ample time to accommodate drop-in visits, daily dog walks, house sitting, and other pet care needs. I’m also comfortable caring for pets in your home. My Anthrozoology education and hands-on experience with various domestic and exotic animals have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to ensure your pet’s mental and physical well-being. I understand the importance of proper feeding, watering, exercise, and plenty of playtime to keep your pet happy and healthy. Additionally, I have experience working with horses that are turned out, including feeding, administering medication, and providing food and water. I also served as a veterinary technician and assistant at a vet clinic for seven months, where I was responsible for administering medication and providing other necessary care for animals at EverVet. Pet care is woven seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine, ensuring that your furry friend receives consistent attention and care. Whether it's feeding, exercise, grooming, or playtime, I prioritize their needs alongside my own, creating a structured schedule that fosters their well-being and happiness. I respect the client's space and follow any specific instructions they provide regarding pet care. I maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene to keep the environment safe and comfortable for the pets. I communicate openly and frequently with the client to update them on their pet's well-being and any notable behaviors. I adhere strictly to any security measures or routines outlined by the client to ensure the safety and security of their home and pets. I prioritize building trust with both the client and their pets, ensuring a positive and stress-free experience for all involved.

Summit Corners cat parents share their Rover experiences
The best of the best!!! We had a pet emergency and Karisa saved us while we were away. We received amazing photos every day. Somehow she even got our cat to come out from hiding. Our puppy seems to like Karisa more than our puppy loves us, but it is what it is, and we've come to terms with that:-)
