“I would highly recommend Wendy as a dog sitter. She has been a good friend of mine for years and loves dogs and all animals very much. At one point, she took my dog into her home for a weekend. Another time, she stayed at my house for a week and took excellent care of both my dog, who is a rather rambunctious and high energy lab, and also my cat. She would play with the dog outside throwing balls and run him every day. My dog just loves her and his tail is wagging in all directions when he sees her coming to the door. She is excellent with all animals and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She is very trustworthy and I had no second thoughts about her staying in my home.”

About: I have taken care of dogs of all ages and all sizes! I worked at a daycare/boarding/grooming/training facility for 3 years. I managed the entire kennel and learned everything there is to know about dogs! I went to school for dog training and got CPR certified as well. You can count on me to take the absolute BEST care of your furry friend! I am currently working from home so I have plenty of time to take care of your pup! There are lots of trails nearby to take your lovely critter on a walk and I will be dedicating my time to make sure your pet is mentally and physically stimulated! I have four young cats who mind their business and a young small dog who is completely trained. She loves to interact with others but knows boundaries and limitations. I do not have a yard but I would be taking your furry friend on regular potty breaks as well as trail walks for exercise and stimulation!

“We’ve always used family members to look after our fur babies, but this time they came on vacation with us, and we were left with no one to look after Riley and Murphy. Thank goodness we found Susan – she was absolutely terrific! Right off the bat when we first met Susan, we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pets. During the time away Susan sent us text messages and photos which really put our minds at ease. Our one cat, Murphy, is very timid and doesn’t usually come out while strangers are around. Susan was concerned when he wouldn’t come out for dinner. I reassured her that he would come out when he got hungry. I ratted Murphy’s hiding spot out, and she was able to feed him there the next day. I had to laugh when I received the text that she was “quite determined to make friends with Murphy.” By the end of the week Murphy was coming out for dinner and even let Susan pet him! I knew she would win him over 😊 We would not hesitate to use Susan again to look after not only our kitties but our home. We cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Susan!
