“James and Mallory were amazing! We have been using Rover for years and have found some great sitters for our girl here. None of them compare to the experience we had with James and Mallory. After the meet and greet I knew it was a good fit for our dog. They have a fully fenced yard that our dog was very comfortable in. Their home was welcoming and cozy. Our dog was allowed to sleep on the couch just like she does at home. Mallory was accommodating with our feeding schedule and choices. We even shared some common experiences making our own dog food. They took our dog to some local hiking spots to get all her energy out. This was our favorite part of using them, they listened to what we had said about our dog loving to be outside. There was great communication with pictures and videos. Our dog was returned happy, healthy and tired...just how we like her. Mallory even gave us a hand written Thank You card. They are true animal lovers and will care for your pet like their own. Our dog looks forward to her next visit.”

She immediately made us feel comfortable with her friendly and professional personality. She and her sweet pups made our girl feel right at home. Sue sent photos so we could see how our Yorkie was getting along. We have put Sue on our favorite sitter’s list and she will our first choice anytime we need a sitter. When I picked her up, Kristin gave me a detailed report on everything—from her food intake (with tips on avoiding digestive issues) to her training progress. She even provided advice on making frozen treats and other ways to support her health. As a new pet owner, I was incredibly grateful for this guidance. This wasn’t just pet-sitting; it felt like a boarding school for dogs! Kristin, along with Mark and sweet Kaia, created an incredible experience for my dog.
