“Phenomenal care! Amber is a wonderful sitter, very caring, kind, empathetic and truly loves dogs. My Dante got a lot of love and attention. Amber communicated well, plenty of updates, pictures and videos. Best care for your furry kiddo! Highly recommend Amber as your sitter.”

“Melissa did a great job taking care of yummy! We had a two-week extended stay. She shared photo updates regularly and flags issues proactively. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Michael, thank you so much for the exceptional care you and your family provided for Lilo. Knowing she was in such good hands allowed us worry-free, even while being far from home for 3 weeks. We truly appreciate you taking the time to drop lilo home with the bad weather. Thank you and your family again!”

“I went through 4 pet sitters, and Sue is the best pet sitter out of those 4, she send pics to us every day while we on vacation so we don’t feel like missing our pet at the same time make us worryless, we definitely come back to her when we are on vacation again”

“Colette was absolutely wonderful. Winnie loved her! Her fenced in backyard is perfect for a small dog who loves to feel “free”! She sent us multiple photos and updates. We’d definitely use her again!”

“My golden had an absolute blast! She was super understanding when there was an issue with my flight. Sent so many photos and videos of him having the best time ever. If I had to trust anyone to watch my boy, I would definitely choose Paola. I never had to worry about his wellbeing once. Thank you guys so much for everything! 🤍🤍”

“Mallory and Jim are the best and this was definitely Titan’s favorite stay! They updated us throughout each day and made us feel so comfortable leaving him for a few days. They have a great set up at their house with their fenced in back yard and they also took him on walks. They are also so confident at managing multiple dogs which was impressive! Thank you for making Titan feel right at home. He was so happy and tired! A success indeed!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea K! She took amazing care of my dog, Dexter, and went above and beyond in every way. Her home was spotless and provided such a clean, comfortable environment that immediately put me at ease. Chelsea’s attention to detail was incredible—she followed all of Dexter’s routines perfectly and made sure he felt right at home. What really stood out to me was her patience and genuine care. Dexter can be a little shy at first, but Chelsea took the time to help him feel comfortable and safe, which I truly appreciated. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own in a clean, welcoming space, Chelsea is the one to book!”

“I couldn’t be more pleased with the care my dog received while I was away! Lingwen was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease leaving my furry friend in their hands. She was so professional, friendly, and attentive, taking the time to learn my dog’s routine and preferences. During the time I was away, Lingwen kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. My dog was happy, healthy, and relaxed when I returned. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter for their pets!”

“I know I am a a bit late on this review. Elizabeth was great and Abby had so much fun with her, that when I showed up to get her she didn’t even care that I was there she was having so much fun. Thank You! It’s hard leaving her but it’s nice knowing it’s like a vacation for her also. I also want to point out Elizabeth took us with a days notice after our prior puppy sitter had to cancel”

“I left my Pug with Gabrielle on a Sunday to Tuesday. Gabrielle was very conscientious, answered all questions, listened well and was very nice to both Wilbur and me. He obviously has a nice way with dogs and sent photos and video of Wilbur at random times. Wilbur was well taken care of, walked dependably, and was happy with Gabrielle and co. I highly recommend Gabrielle and look forward to seeing him again!”

“Vignesh was very flexible with timing which is a big big plus. He took great care of Kody and shared pics quite often. He kept is updated on Kody progress throughout his stay. All and all a great host and we would definitely be leaving Kody with Vignesh again.”

“Melissa gave our dog, Dewey, plenty of attention and affection. She is obviously one who cares deeply for dogs and treats them so very well, right down to providing him with his medications. The only possible downside is that since he's been home, Dewey misses the social time with his fellow dogs! We will certainly be requesting her services again--do not hesitate to book her if you need somebody. Melissa's great! Oh and also, so many pictures, a few of which are contenders for this year's Christmas card!”

“Absolute gem of a sitter! Bella had a great time with Dawn and her family for two nights. They are incredibly nice caring people. They took great care of Bella and provided updates with photos throughout the stay. I recommend Dawn be everyone’s first choice!”

“Melissa and her family were amazing hosts for our dog. Koe loves to be busy and this was the perfect house for him. We got lots of pictures and updates throughout the weekend and know he had a great time getting lots of activity, attention and love. We will definitely be rebooking!”

Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
