He was able to accommodate our two dogs very last minute (since our return flights were cancelled and we needed a new sitter) and then again he was very flexible to continue looking after our dogs when our flights were rescheduled multiple days later by the airlines. We appreciated the great communication and our boys were tired when we picked them up which is not an easy feat for our Australian Cattle Dog puppy! he definitely gave them lots of exercise and attention. Our situation was a little unusual because my cats and I have been displaced from our home due to a mold issue, and one of my boys, Jack, had already been experiencing health symptoms. Seeing them so relaxed and comfortable made an incredibly stressful time so much easier. Olivia cared not only for my cats but also for me. She understood the emotional weight of everything we were going through and showed so much compassion throughout the entire experience. My boys came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, communicative, and truly treats your pets like family, Olivia is exceptional.
