About: I’ve raised, rescued, fostered, and even foster-failed many dogs in my adulthood. I’m a passionate pet lover! Experienced in puppy training, senior support, & special-needs. I have 6 animals of my own & it would be pawesome to tend to yours. I’m currently a stay at home dog mom! I quit my career early 2025 to care for my two special-needs senior dogs. Unfortunately, they both recently passed within weeks of one another. I now have idle time that provides me with a flexible schedule to fit you and your furbaby’s needs. I currently have 4 dogs, 1 cat, & a critter! All rescues! 2 are dachshunds which are both blind seniors. The other 2 are both medium sized and both are very friendly. My cat Loco is definitely used to dogs and the chaos they can sometimes bring in the house! We have dog beds throughout the house and we even customized our mudroom when we renovated, equipped with their crates and a dog wash station!

About: We love dogs! But right now with 7 kids in the throws of school and all the extracurriculars, it’s just not the right time for us to have our own furry family member, so let us love on yours! My husband and I each had dogs growing up and we had a family dog until he passed away a few years ago. We have been boarding, walking, and doing drop-ins since that time. From puppies to senior dogs, we can take care of them all. I am a stay-at-home mom who homeschools my 7 children, so we’re home the majority of the time and will be able to fit in your dog’s regular schedule into our every day routine. When pets stay at our house we do our best to keep the same schedule and expectations the dogs have come to know at their homes. I enjoy going for walks at the park and visiting the dog park with dogs who are accustomed to it. We do not have a fenced yard, so I make sure each pet gets adequate exercise each day on a leash. When I come to your home, I will follow your directions exactly as you desire and provide pictures and GPS “walking time cards” via Rover so you can be assured your pet is receiving the high quality care you paid for!

Despite our trip putting us in a different time zone with limited service, Cassandra kept us updated on how Piper was doing and sent lots of pictures. When Piper got too adventurous outside and found herself with a bug bite that caused some swelling in her face, Cassandra let us know right away and went through lengths to get in touch with our vet and her own vet to treat with Benadryl. I am self employed. I run a horse boarding facility and teach riding lessons. As a teenager, I earned extra money caring for all kinds of animals, including dogs,. I work full time from home mostly, but I do travel 3 days a week for 3-4 hours at a time, but I am available to take care of your animals in the mornings and afternoons. I have a dog run attached to the house with a dog door that leads into the laundry room. I also have a large backyard that is not fenced but is great for leashed walks. I have a dog of our own who is friendly with other dogs and not aggressive, but can be crated if needed. I also have an air-conditioned shop/gym where your dog can stay in a crate if you prefer. I can offer several options to help keep your pet comfortable and well cared for.
