“Summer was wonderful! She took care of everything for my cat and gave plenty of attention. She gave me regular updates and seemed to have a good time:) I would absolutely recommend Summer! It was great to know my cat was in goods hands and not to have any worries!”

“Cindy is simply amazing! She made friends with my two spoiled kitties in no time. She sent me videos of play time and I could see how comfortable they were with her. I will definitely call on her again!”

“Thomye took great care of our IzBiz while we were away. Being a senior pup, it's hard to uproot them just for a night away. Thomye was absolutely perfect with her. She took time to play and even hand fed her to ensure she ate her food. Thomye took all the extra time and care and we are forever grateful that we found her. She will definitely be our go-to when we need someone for our old lady.”

“This was our first time working with Alicia, but she came highly recommended, and we can see why! She's a gold-star level communicator, super-responsive, and took care of our cat, even with our driveway covered in a couple of feet of snow!!! We're so grateful for Alicia's commitment to pet care.”

About: I already know how to give certain medications, train certain tricks, and take care of old dogs that might need an extra boost. Im also very willing to learn something I may not already know how to do! I also don't just take care of your pets but your home too, if you need plants watered, trash taken out, mail picked up... just let me know! I Currently work some weeks from 3pm-9pm Monday-friday but my schedule is not always this way. If your pet needs extra care during this time that is something we could work out aswell! I try my best to step into your shoes while you are away to keep your pets routine very similar to what they are used to, but I also try to do extra fun things with them so its like a mini vacation for them while you are on your vacation! I keep a happy environment for you and your pets.
About: I truly love animals and they seem to notice. Never met a dog or cat that doesn't warm up to me in very short time. I am very active and give pets plenty of play and attention. Currently in seasonal work winters I have open availability and when the summer starts I will have more limited availability. If enough notice is made I can usually schedule around that in the summer. I treat them like my own. I love to play with both cats and dogs. I have had animals that require special prescriptions and am very competent in applying such medications.
About: I have my own dogs and have since I was little, I love all dogs and love to see all their personalities. If your dog needs any care I am willing to help! I love meeting new animals :) I work on different days but I never work more than 6 hours so I was more than likely be able to take care of of your pets all the time My pets are very friendly and I am willing to go to your house aswell to watch and care for your dog :) I have a fence aswell
“Maegan was great!! She left out kitties in a nice clean, warm space especially with the storm that passed. She had great communication and did everything we asked of her. It seemed like our cats really liked her too! Would definitely have her again.”

About: I have a very open schedule so I can accommodate a variety of schedules. I grew up with a toy poodle. Our last dog was a Great Dane, so a big size difference. I do not work outside the home at this time. We like to travel a lot so traditional job is not ideal. My husband & I also do house & pet sitting nationally through Trusted House Sitters. I have a very open schedule. I would only be available to pet sitting in your home. Our cats would not like visitors. I used to own a cleaning business, so I appreciate leaving a home cleaner than I found it as well.
About: I grew up with all sorts of animals - dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, fish, etc. In college, I adopted my first cat. She developed diabetes so I have experience administering insulin injections. I have adopted 3 pitbull mixes. Bindi was my love and then we added Ranger. He was a foster failure! My current boy Jax is 3 years old. Being a pitbull mom, I obviously have extensive experience with larger breeds including leash aggressiveness. I participated in basic training classes with all of them. Also, living in a condo in Chicago meant I had to walk my own dogs several times a day for exercise and potty breaks, no fenced yard there. I have a Zoology degree from MSU, have volunteered at PAWS, Mobile Mutts and Shedd Aquarium while living in Chicago. I recently relocated to the St. Joseph area from the Detroit suburbs where I am from. I also lived in Chicago for many years. I am looking for some extra part-time work that is flexible and that I enjoy. At this time, I am offering drop in and dog walking services. I currently work full time during the week. I love animals and will be respectful of all requests with your animals and your home.
“Rachel agreed on very short notice- like 2 days- to drop in our senior pup, Darla. This is the second or third time Rachel has helped out with caring for her while we go out of town. Hard for old girl to travel anymore. Since the last time Rachel came by, Darla has lost her hearing and now takes an arthritis medication twice a day. Rachel was on it! Darla was hesitant at first to come out of the room, but Rachel figured it out and got our girl taken care of. Rachel is AWESOME!! Thank you so much for helping out on short notice!! ❤️”
