About: I've grown up with large dogs my whole life-7 in total- from puppies to adulthood! I'm often called over by friends and family to take care of their dogs and cats since high school. I didn't grow up with cats but I we recently rescued two and I love them to death. We've trained each of our dogs since they were puppies. I've personally cared for many elderly dogs (my own, as well as petsitting) and have also owned a dog with a neurologic disability who would often fall ill and get fevers, and now I'm well acquainted with spotting the signs. I worked in pet boarding for nearly 2 years and I did everything from bathing, being a daycare technician, and diligently scrubbing kennels. I worked with all kinds of dogs and cats, young and old, friendly and not ao friendly. I also have experience with taking care of Rabbits, Bearded Dragons, and Ball Pythons. I have a very flexible work schedule and I can let dogs out throughout the day at any time. I prefer to house sit if the house is further away to make feeding and letting out easier. I only use a 2 finger "touch" when correcting a dog, and I'm well trained to prevent dog fights (or "arguments") and how to break them up. I worked 1.5 years full-time in dog daycare/boarding, so I'm well acquainted with dog body language and appropriate dog training.

I can go back and forth or stay at your home. Your coice! I would prefer to care for your animals in your home. Less stress on them while you are away.i have 3 cats who would also prefer that ;)

I’m very active, responsible, and attentive, so I love taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel cared for. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, walking routines, and any special needs. About: I grew up with 3 animals, I had a rat terrier who lived until she was 15 so I am able to take care of elderly dogs and german shepherd. I currently have a male puppy german shepherd, although I am not certified at training I was able to potty train my puppy and teach him to sit and stay until my command. I am currently a full time student, I have classes from 9:30am-4pm, so any time before and after that I am available. On weekends I’m more flexible. I can crate your dog if needed, I will watch the dog constantly and make sure he/she is fed and has water, while also playing with him/her and making sure they use the bathroom.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs. Either it being within the family or friends. I have experience with all sizes and ages. I have no concern adapting to your dogs unique needs. I work partly remote through the week. Allowing for pee breaks throughout the day. I have weekends open most of the time. It will be no problem to provide a comfortable stay for your pup. I have a fenced yard and safe house in a great neighborhood. I currently have one medium dog full time and my girlfriend has two small dogs here part time.

About: I grew up with all sorts of animals - dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, fish, etc. In college, I adopted my first cat. She developed diabetes so I have experience administering insulin injections. I have adopted 3 pitbull mixes. Bindi was my love and then we added Ranger. He was a foster failure! My current boy Jax is 3 years old. Being a pitbull mom, I obviously have extensive experience with larger breeds including leash aggressiveness. I participated in basic training classes with all of them. Also, living in a condo in Chicago meant I had to walk my own dogs several times a day for exercise and potty breaks, no fenced yard there. I have a Zoology degree from MSU, have volunteered at PAWS, Mobile Mutts and Shedd Aquarium while living in Chicago. I recently relocated to the St. Joseph area from the Detroit suburbs where I am from. I also lived in Chicago for many years. I am looking for some extra part-time work that is flexible and that I enjoy. At this time, I am offering drop in and dog walking services. I currently work full time during the week. I love animals and will be respectful of all requests with your animals and your home.
