About: I've been around cats, dogs, and other not so typical pets (rabbits, hamsters, goats) since I was born and currently have a cat and two house rabbits. I've dogsat for family and friends several times for several days to a week (usually for people with multiple dogs, including a pair of huskies). I have experience with small and large (mastiff mix) dogs and with dogs with severe fear around new people. I volunteered at a nonprofit rescue for two years that took dogs from hoarding cases, backyard breeders, and kill shelters, so I have seen a lot and dealt with a lot. I have experience handling and cleaning up after mom dogs and their puppies from birth until adoption and experience with cats with seizures and medication. I hope that knowing these things about me will help you reach out! I'm currently available around the clock! If you need a daytime visit for your pets to get some love, play, or just a break, reach out and let's talk about it! I don't do a single thing that I wouldn't want someone else coming into my home to do, and I also don't push it if a pet is weary with me. I just sit down and ignore them until they decide we're okay and then move forward with spending time with them whether they enjoy playing or cuddling or going outside in the backyard more!

About: I’ve cared for dogs for the last 10 years (both my own and my relatives). I also worked at a vet clinic for a year, so I have lots of experience with different breeds/ages/temperaments/needs/etc! I’m currently attending Texas A&M University, so my schedule is pretty flexible! Monday and Wednesday evenings are the only times that are more challenging for me. I have a smaller apartment and a super playful pup! It’s good for a dog that likes to chill or play. We also love long walks to help exercise and tire out the pups!

My own baby has severe anxiety when left alone, meaning either me or my roommate have to cuddle up with her every night to keep her calm. If your pet requires the same and would like me present in the home as much as possible, that is absolutely no issue. Living in a busy college town, having an escape artist can be quite stressful. I’ve had a few escape artists of my own, so I take every precaution to keep your baby inside by default. I will treat your home as my own and ensure it’s in the same state you left it in. Trash will be taken out if needed, plants will be watered or rotated, treats and particularly appetizing pieces of plastic or wires will be tucked away, and any pet messes will be cleaned up immediately.
