About: There is no better feeling than the relief you have knowing your pets are safe and well taken care of while away. I also know the feeling of missing them while gone. I’m here to help with that and send you pet updates along the way! With a lifelong love for animals, I’ve dedicated my time and career to caring for them in every way possible. I have some hands-on experience as a veterinary technician, giving me valuable skills in animal health and behavior. I’ve grown up with pets of all kinds from dogs and cats to reptiles and small mammals—and have been their primary caregiver throughout my life. My husband and I today have 5 cats, a black lab, a few reptiles, and are new to the chicken game! Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in zoology, which deepens my understanding of animal biology, welfare, and behavior. Whether it’s giving medication, understanding subtle signs of stress, or simply providing loving companionship, I bring knowledge, compassion, and reliability to every pet I care for. I do prefer a meet and greet first, so I can get to know your pet(s) and get a better understanding of their daily routine while you are away. I understand last minute plans may come up and will do my best to accommodate these, if I can. More fun facts about me! - I love turtles so much that those in my close circle still call me by my childhood nickname “TG” aka “Turtle Girl.” - I can’t leave the house unless I’ve said bye to each of our pets. - My husband says I’m a Disney princess because animals always find me. As a part-time worker, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide attentive care for pets in the early mornings and evenings. This is perfect for feeding, walks, playtime, medication, or just some quality companionship at the times pets need it most. While I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment tailored to each pet’s needs. I follow each pet’s routine closely including feeding schedules, medication, exercise, and playtime to keep them comfortable and happy. In client homes, I respect the space and maintain a clean, calm atmosphere so pets feel secure in their familiar surroundings.

I plan my days so I have plenty of time for walks, feeding, playtime, and check ins without rushing. I like being consistent, so pets can feel secure and know what to expect. Spending time with animals is something that brings calm and balance to my week. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I try to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I follow feeding and walk schedules carefully, keep their areas clean, and give them attention based on their personality. Some pets want extra cuddles, others just quiet company and I respect that. About: I've been caring for all types of animals since i was 12 years old. I've trained dogs such as German Shepherds and Pitbulls, and have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I currently have the pleasure of loving 2 of my own special needs cats and a large tarantula. As well as this, my previous employment was a small pet care business in Georgia providing drop in visits for feeding, playtime and potty breaks, overnight sitting, walks, extended stays and taking care of exotic animals like birds. Throughout my life I've personally owned a snake, rabbit, hamsters, cats, dogs, spiders, moths and a bird! I'm looking forward to be an extra loving hand for your pets! I'm currently a full-time pet carer, caring for my special needs cats and others' lovely pets. I have plenty of time to care for your beloved fur babies and understand the ever-changing pace of life with pets, and am happy to accommodate. Any timeframe and any day, you can count on me to be reliable! Every pet parent is different and we all like specifics when it comes to the pets we love, so I always like to discuss with you about what you'd like done regarding crating, backyard time, car rides or park visits and waste disposal. I NEVER use punishment on any pet, and instead prefer a positive reinforcement only approach. I would like to be aware of your pets' allergies, triggers, injuries and fears so I can provide the best experience for them and for you!
