About: I’ve had dogs for my whole life, and I absolutely adore animals. I have cared for my own pets, my friends’ dogs and cats, and I will take care of yours as if they were my own. I am reliable and punctual, and I will give your pet all the attention and loving they deserve- walks, playing, petting, feeding. I am capable of caring for elderly pets as well, as I have. 13-year old dog myself. I can administer oral and topical medications. I’m currently not working, so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of yours pets. I am available any time between 6:30am to 9:30pm for drop-in visits, and I am able to do overnight stays. I will follow your rules regarding your pet, making sure they are cared for in the way you prefer. I will communicate and leave a note for each visit, and make sure you know how your baby is doing!

I’ve also taken care of cats and other animals! About: I have had dogs all of my life since I was 4 years old. I didnt start to take up the responsibility to take care of them until I was about 7 or 8 years old. I have had a range of dog breeds and sizes in my care from a golden retriever to a toy Aussie. I love take care, play and just hang out with animals. I currently work as a middle school teacher so my summers are pretty free! Whether it’s a one day check in or a vacation, I will happily spend my summer with your pups! During the school year, I am limited to weekends only but would still love to spend my weekends with your pets! I will follow whatever needs you have for your dog(s) whether I have to house sit, walk, or just hang out with your animal for the day. I want to make sure you are comfortable with the care I give them.

Jonathan took my son’s recuse, over 100 pound, untrained, 3 yr old lab (maybe some Pitt bull mix) on walks for us twice a day while we were dog sitting. Our dog pulls so hard most people cannot manage him, but Jonathan did and did it cheerfully and effectively. He said the pulling was no problem, he just took him along on his morning and evening jogs. Biscuit looked so forward to those walks, he would go and sit at the door waiting for Jonathan. He was a godsend! My son went through a number of highly rated Rover individuals where he lived and none of them could handle Biscuit, so I told my son to come home, our special Rover person (Jonathan) will be able to do whatever we need. I talked to Jonathan, he set up the walks (jogs) and it worked out perfectly. Once again you saved the day for us when we had a pet “emergency.” Thank you Jonathan!

She had every characteristic you want to see and experience in an ideal sitter. She was reliable, conscientious, thorough, and highly communicative. She made sure to follow all instructions about food, water, and litter box care and did a great job relaying important details about each of these areas. I looked forward to her detailed reports three times a day, and she shared fantastic photos each time. I felt assured my cats were in great hands.
