Elora seemed to get along just fine with her and her animals and came home just as content as when we dropped her off. The only thing I would mention for anyone with chemical sensitives Elora did come home smelling like a lot of artificial fragrances as did everything we dropped her off with and needed a good bath (she was not pleased about that) as we are chemical sensitive. This has nothing to do with the quality of care, and the genuine heart of Angela and her family just something to be aware of for those who have chemical sensitivities to artificial fragrances which is why I have rated 4 stars.”
“Jonathan is fantastic. He is our “go to” sitter for our elderly cats. The last time he sat for us was a last minute request; our grandson was born two weeks early and I had just come from a vet visit where my vet suggested I watch one of my two cats to make sure she continued to get better after receiving a shot. I was a wreck; we visited our daughter over Thanksgiving, and even though it was last minute and over a holiday, as always, Jonathan immediately responded “no problem; be happy to; been missing those two.” His pictures show how comfortable my cats feel with him and when we come home they welcome us rather than “destroy things” (any cat owner will understand). He also immediately responded to my panicked texts asking how they were doing. He is wonderful!! You will be very happy if you use him. Thank you Jonathan.”
About: I have had dogs all my life and volunteered at the humane society while in high school and college. Neighbors and families have relied on me in the past with their kids and pets. I work part time with kids and home by lunchtime for the rest of the day. I workout in the evenings when the sun is going down and pets are welcome to join! I have a caged tennis court in my neighborhood where I play fetch with my puppy. My puppy also loves the company of other dogs.

She cared for our dog Turner in her own home every day for four weeks while I was overseas visiting family and my husband was working, and the level of love, professionalism, and dedication she showed was extraordinary. Turner came into her care recovering from bronchitis, and thanks to Sarah’s 25 years of experience with dogs, she was incredibly vigilant and consistent with his medication and overall health. I'm pretty strict when it comes to Suki's diet and exercise routine. She gets fed twice a day with a slow feeder to avoid any mishaps, and I make sure to keep her brain active with mentally stimulating games when we're not out and about. Speaking of which, we hit the dog park 3-5 times a week and go on hikes and runs at the lake. Suki's a ball of energy and loves playing fetch, so be prepared to throw that ball a few times! Now, let me be honest with you. It's highly unlikely, but on occasion, Suki might come along for a walk or a drop-in visit and hang out in my car. Don't worry, she's super chill and won't leave any fur behind. About: I have been helping to care of dogs and cats for my family and friends over about 12 years now. About 4 years ago I began to volunteer with local animal shelters and rescues. Through these rescues I have been able to foster, take dogs on "field trips," and socialize so many sweet fur babies! Almost 2 years ago, I adopted my own dog named Arnie, he is a Belgian Malinois and Dobermann mix. I did all training for him when he was 4 months old and have done a ton of research on the breeds. I feel confident in all breeds, sizes, ages, and energy levels! I also currently live with a cat and have experience with cats as well. I am currently a medical student in Spartanburg and have time prior to class, during lunch, and in the afternoon/evenings to stop by and hang out with your pets! I also have the weekends off and my schedule varies every day with flexibility to meet the needs of your fur babies. My dog is super friendly and is great on leashed walks with other dogs and is great to play off leash in the dog park at my apartment. All throughout high school, I have volunteered after school taking care of rescue cats so that they can be comfortable while waiting for their forever home. I also used to work part-time in a local dog resort, looking after dogs of all kinds of breeds and temperaments. I currently work part-time with an irregular schedule (dog and cat hotel, ironically), so I am free in some mornings and the afternoons and evenings for the time being. If not, I will notify you if it's not possible. Weekends, nights and holidays included. If it’s a drop-in request, I would like the owner to leave a list or on the pet’s Rover card on how much and what times they are fed. If it’s a walk request, I will have water and poop bags when your pet needs breaks during walks.
About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. My family and friends had pets but it wasn’t enough! I convinced my parents really young to get a dog and since then, I’ve taken care of and trained 3 dogs of my own. Friends and family that get pets often ask me for advice. I have a very nurturing personality and it translates well with animals, so I absolutely love them! I have experience training and basic grooming/bathing! I work remotely so I am home and available to take care of your furry friend :) I will ensure that I know your animal’s temperament/likes/dislikes in order to make both of us comfortable! I’m very attentive and know how to distract/entertain needy animals (from experience haha). I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a spike that goes into the ground that is secure and has a long leash. Other than that, I have a dog friendly neighborhood that we can take walks around!

I enjoy teaching him about how wonderful each animal can be. I personally believe if you teach a child to love animals they will grow up to be wonderful people.
