“Chauncey and Margeaux absolutely loved their stay. Natalie and her family are so kind. I had to reschedule because my trip was rained out and Natalie was very understanding. We will be booking again. We love Natalie!!!”

“Jennifer is the best!!! Henry (an only dog) was so happy there, and so enjoyed his vacation and playing with Jennifer and her dogs, he acted like he wanted to stay 😁. We’re so grateful for her giving Henry a home away from home - and she takes amazing photos and kept us updated on the good times he was having. His next stay with her is already booked!”

“Corey was an amazing choice for our dogs! He would respond back incredibly fast with anything we wanted to know and sent pictures regularly! Our dogs seemed super happy and we are so grateful to have had a trustworthy place to send them while we were on our honeymoon. Thank you so much Corey!”

“Kristina did great with our very energetic pup! We were pleased with her care. Kristins entire family met us and responded well to having Coco. She sent us pictures throughout the week of all the fun Coco was having. We will definitely use Kristin if she's available for future trips!”

“Sofia has been the perfect host for Teddy ! I cannot recommend her enough. She was so gentle and caring for Teddy, he could not have been in a better home! Thank you again Sofia !”

“Morgan helped us out on short notice with the care of our golden retriever. Drop off and pick up was truly a pleasure, Morgan has a wonderful personality! We look forward to booking her again.”

“The best dog care you could ever have. Very friendly, right on time. Everything is comfortable, the service, you can trust her with your dog, worries free. She really makes time to play with your dog and give so much care. She deserve more than the pay she ask for, you will never regret boarding the dog to her, they got back yard and your dog will have so much fun.”

“Coco had the best time with Cheryl. She sent videos every day and Coco was so happy playing with her dogs. I could tell she didn't want to leave when I picked her up and I don't think Cheryl's dogs wanted her to leave either.”

“Penny spent a week with Lindsey and her pack and she seemed to be very happy and content with her stay. Lindsey provided updates every morning and evening, letting me know that Penny had eaten her food and what she had done for the day. She also included pictures in which I could tell Penny was having fun. During her visit it was July 4 and Penny is extremely scared of fireworks. Lindsey made a safe space for Penny and checked on her consistently. I feel that Penny was in good hands with Lindsey and her family. I would not hesitate to leave Penny with Lindsay again!”

About: Iv taken care of my dogs and friends dogs for as long as I can remember. I believe that dogs are our children and it’s important for you to trust the person taking care of them! I’m home on Saturday and Sundays all day and Monday, Wednesday and Friday I work doubles so I would take them out before work and on break and after work. And my family will also take them out with our dogs! I have a large fenced in yard. I have two dogs, Cooper and Bowser. Cooper is super sweet and good with other dogs. Bowser is a Maltese Chihuahua mix and barks a lot but doesn’t bite. My grandpa lets the dogs out in the backyard about every hour and I will walk your dog on my breaks and before work!
“Courtlyn did a wonderful job of watching our golden retriever, Marty! She gave us updates everyday and even bathed him for us when he had a little too much fun outside! She was super to contact and communicate with and we will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Libby was well taken care of and had a good time with Michelle. She was very friendly and sent pictures every day. I will definitely keep her in mind if I ever need a sitter again for Libby.”

“My fur baby was so well taken care of. I was updated with pictures during his stay. Im guessing he had lots of play time as he came home and wanted to play. Sweet and jumping around with a toy I was so happy to see him this way. So im assuming he enjoyed his time with other dogs.”

“My dog, Ryder, enjoyed his stay with Charlie and his dogs. Charlie was very accommodating. We set up a meet and greet for our dogs and they ended up playing for 2 hours! I was updated daily, however much I requested. I only had to provide food and anything else I specifically wanted to bring. Charlie had an extra kennel and plenty of toys. He did walks with Ryder and made sure he got all that lab energy out. We’re back home now and Ryder’s going to sleep for a few days. He’s worn out from his great weekend!! I’m looking forward to using Charlie and his family again.”

“Poppy loved her stay with Ileana! We really appreciated the daily updates Ileana sent of Poppy's adventures to the park, playing with her new friend Chrissy, and getting plenty of cuddles and attention. Will definitely go back to Ileana for Poppy's next stay!”

“Michael was simply awesome! Our sweet Daisy warmed up to him immediately, and made some new friends too! I will use him EVERY TIME I need boarding care. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!”

Many sitters in AL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
