Because I was rushing and didn’t know much about the pups, I didn’t realize (or think to ask) that one of them might be in heat. Olivia typically doesn’t accept pups in heat, but given the emergency situation, she graciously worked with us anyway. She even provided pick-up and drop-off, which was a huge help. When she brought them back, it was clear the pups really liked her, and that told me everything. They were well cared for and comfortable with her. “Penny spent a week with Lindsey and her pack and she seemed to be very happy and content with her stay. Lindsey provided updates every morning and evening, letting me know that Penny had eaten her food and what she had done for the day. She also included pictures in which I could tell Penny was having fun. During her visit it was July 4 and Penny is extremely scared of fireworks. Lindsey made a safe space for Penny and checked on her consistently. I feel that Penny was in good hands with Lindsey and her family. I would not hesitate to leave Penny with Lindsay again!”
