About: I have been a dog house sitter for some family friends for over the course of a year. I connect instantly with dogs, they feel they can trust me. I have no professional training experience but am very patient with the dogs when necessary. I am currently in between jobs so am very flexible at the moment. Looking to get part or full time work soon. Prefer mornings and afternoons. Keep them mostly inside, as I do not have a fenced yard. Take them on daily walks. House is roomy to play around. About: I have owned lots of animals in my 30 years of life and currently have one very special 9yo mutt who is my world. I have experience with medical issues and am comfortable giving medications and caring for ill, injured or aging animals. I am also an avid walker! I adore kitties and am not bothered by the spicy ones. I had several cats growing up and have lived with or sat many more as an adult. My schedule is a bit random right now, but I have some flexibility that I'm hoping to maintain and will typically have the same schedule every week. I can't have dogs in my home since my dog doesn't always get along with others. He does great with cats, though, and has lived with 4 without issue. So I'm happy to host a cat as long as the cat is alright with dogs! My dog is very wary of cats and mostly just ignores them. I have multiple rooms in my apartment and would separate them when I'm away just as a precaution. I am happy to do home visits and have reliable transportation for such, but I would prefer not to do overnight stays so that my dog isn't alone :)
About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. Studying wildlife biology / pre vet science with the end goal of being a wildlife veterinarian. I’ve personally owned pets all my life including many dogs, cats, fish, insects and lizards. Additionally I've been on Rover for years as a teen but my mother owned the account (if you’d like proof of that I can give my mothers account to see my prior experience) but I did all the sitting. Now that I’m an adult in college I plan on continuing it myself. During this summer I am just taking one summer online course and doing some volunteer odd jobs so I am extremely flexible and available. Whenever you prefer at whatever frequency you want I most likely can make it work. While I don’t offer pets in my home I am very familiar with managing pets in others homes. Just tell me what you and the pet is comfortable with and I will follow it. Additionally any messes that may happen I will make sure to clean throughly. My #1 priority is your pet’s health, mental and physical. However the very next priority is your home. When house sitting I’m more than aware of the need to be respectful of the space. I will do my best to leave it just as I found it, or even cleaner.
About: Every since I was a kid I have been around animals. My grandma had 3 dogs and that’s where my love for dogs started. My roommate has relied on me multiple times to take care of her cat. I also have a lot of experience watching dogs for friends and family. My goal is to make the dog feel happy and get some extra love. With having an open schedule allows me to spend more time with your fur baby! About: I’ve had dogs of my own since I was a kid. I currently have three dogs, one being a chihuahua puppy, so you can imagine the trouble they all get in. I also petsit for my neighbors two dogs and cat often! I’m currently finishing up high school in my senior year, and I’m enrolled in Running Start at Eastern Washington University, so I have a very flexible schedule. I only have one early class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and two day classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Quality time with pets is so important! Making sure hyper dogs get exercise and enrichment is a basic goal while petsitting. I also water plants, clean up, and feed pets, along with taking them on walks when requested.

To say what kind of experience I have would take more than 125 words because each pet has their own personality and style and I adapt to exactly what your pets need and want. If they want cuddles, they get cuddles. If they want space, they get space. I’m home almost all day so they will get all the attention they ever want(or the space they need). I aim to make them happy! Non smoke home with a big spacious living room to play or rest in. I’ve been dog walking/pet sitting since I was a teen and miss doing that. I’m a stay at home mom so I’ll be able to easily take your pup out on walks and quick potty breaks. We don’t have a fenced yard but have a shared yard out in the back as well as a park nearby. I walk them right before I would leave to run any errands and usually don’t take long. I follow the instructions provided so that its not stressful for the pup as well as the pet owner. I send updates on how the pup is doing and what we’re up to. We go out on walks a lot. If it’s okay with the owner than I take the pup out on a shorter hike with my daughter. I make sure to grab water too! At home we see what kind of personality the pup has because some aren’t as active and would rather cuddle while others like to play play play.

About: I am an animal mom of several years of cats, dogs. I have two cats and I did have a dog. I know of the general care of animals. I go above and beyond taking them in as my own. I respect their personal boundaries. I would have to come to you. I do work full time in the evenings from Tuesday to Friday generally from 3-11pm. For dogs walking ill take them on hour long walks, if we find a field ill play fetch. I am very good at following instructions to a tee. As well as administratoring meds. I am very comfortable with that. Hey I'm working full-time in the evening. Usually tuesday through friday from 3-11, but I am home every morning and weekends. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
