About: I've taken care of dogs and cats, including my own, for as long as I can remember. I have trained my pets as well as other's in basic obedience. I like to study dog psychology and I have a bachelor's degree in psychology. I've taken care of all kinds of dogs from tiny-huge and fearful-calm temperaments. My favorite breeds to care for are large breeds, most specifically breeds like pitties, mastiffs, and dobermans, but I love all dog breeds too and love how every dog has their own unique personality. I've also cared for cats doing volunteer work and have 2 of my own. I'm currently available anytime of the week all year besides the few times per year that I travel. I am working to potentially have a career with dogs. For care in the client's home, I will do whatever is instructed to me to be done for the pet. I am good at reading dog body language and understanding their needs. I've cared for fearful/avoidant dogs and hyper/clingy dogs alike. I am not able to provide care in my own home since I live with family and own 2 rescue cats.

About: Hello! My name is Claire and I want to meet your pet! I am new to Rover but am an experienced pet sitter and care provider. I have grown up, spent time with, and cared for many different types of animals in my life, and I have loved each one. I have experience with all kids of pets, from large to small, from puppies and kittens to seniors, with a wide range of personalities, activity levels, medical needs, and all those adorable little quirks that make your pet special. Does your precious baby dog need a kiss on the head and to be tucked in before bed? Easy. Does your fancy pants cat require a spotless litterbox every time? No problem. Do I need to put on a show and act like I "cooked" a gourmet kibble meal for them every time? Done. I am very comfortable assisting with any medication needs for your animal and helping train/reinforce any training regimen you may have as well. Let me go above and beyond for your pet! I currently have very open availability and I have time to focus on Rover as my primary responsibility. I am able to commit to a regular schedule of pet care. While I am unable to host your animal in my home due to the fact that I rent, I am more than happy to travel to the environment where your pet feels the most comfortable: your home and neighborhood. I am more than happy to follow any rules and routines you may have.

About: I have owned many pets throughout my childhood. To say what kind of experience I have would take more than 125 words because each pet has their own personality and style and I adapt to exactly what your pets need and want. If they want cuddles, they get cuddles. If they want space, they get space. I’m home almost all day so they will get all the attention they ever want(or the space they need). I aim to make them happy! Non smoke home with a big spacious living room to play or rest in. I’ve been dog walking/pet sitting since I was a teen and miss doing that. I love hiking and anything outdoorsy so I’m always up for being outside as well. If you have any questions please reach out! I’m a stay at home mom so I’ll be able to easily take your pup out on walks and quick potty breaks. We don’t have a fenced yard but have a shared yard out in the back as well as a park nearby. I walk them right before I would leave to run any errands and usually don’t take long. I follow the instructions provided so that its not stressful for the pup as well as the pet owner. I send updates on how the pup is doing and what we’re up to. We go out on walks a lot. If it’s okay with the owner than I take the pup out on a shorter hike with my daughter. I make sure to grab water too! At home we see what kind of personality the pup has because some aren’t as active and would rather cuddle while others like to play play play.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs from less than a year old to 15 years old! Family and friends rely on my to spend time with their pets and care for them frequently I love spending time with pets when I am not teaching and spending time with kids! About: I LOVE animals! I’ve grown up with cats since I was 5 years old, and have had dogs for about 4 years now. I am very comfortable with both, and I love to build relationships and trust with the animals I care for. I have been watching animals including cats, dogs big and small, as well as horses for friends and family for about 3 years now alongside my current job. I have the most experience with cats, and German Shepherds and other big dogs. I am also experienced with senior cat and dog care, including giving medicine and physically assisting larger dogs when needed. I also love to spend time playing with animals, getting to know them and their personalities, and helping them to feel comfortable and safe! I currently work M-F at an elementary school and have online classes for graduate school on Monday and Tuesday evenings. I will be off work in the summer so my availability will increase come June. As for right now, I am available for house sitting, day visits, walks, and potty breaks on weekends. I pride myself in building trust and relationships with the animals I care for. I love to engage with animals and play with them, as well as make sure that they are comfortable and feel safe with me in their environment. About: I grew up with a golden retriever for almost 10 years and learned all of the responsibilities of walking, washing, loving, and playing with dogs and I had a 3 1/2 year old cat whom I learned to care for on my own as well for the past 3 years. I also have experience pet/house sitting and just dropping in on friends dogs or cats as a teenager. I'm currently working full time but I work remotely so it you need a house sitter, I can work from there and take breaks to play, let dog out, feed, etc. I only work Mon to Fri so can easily house sit on the weekend at any time. If you only need a dog walker, I am available after 5pm during weekdays but am available anytime on Sat and/or Sunday. I care for your dog and/or cat while house sitting by walking, feeding, bathing, and playing with them. I have a car that I can bring them to a vet, if needed.

About: I've always had dogs in my family, including several rescue dogs which has been super rewarding. My husband and I have been fortunate to be able to retire early but we are both very active. I want to spend my spare time doing something productive that I love... caring for dogs is a perfect fit! Most of my time is spent at my home and in our back yard. I have 2 dogs that are very social and love spending time with other dogs. They will enjoy having play-dates with your dog(s). I believe that every dog deserves to be valued and loved. I limit the dogs I board to a maximum of 4 dogs at a time in order to ensure that each dog will get proper care and attention. I don't work outside of the home. If I need to run an errand or go shopping, my husband is typically home to care for the digs. Dogs are rarely left alone, but if they are, it is for no longer than 2 to 3 hours. When the weather is nice, we keep the sliding door open so that the dogs can hang out indoor or outdoors, wherever they feel most comfortable. During the colder months we let the dogs out every two to four hours. We don't crate dogs unless that's what they're used to. We allow dogs on our furniture and in our bed.

About: I have been providing animal care for ten years, mostly with dogs and cats. I am comfortable with all dog breeds and I am genuinely interested in getting to know your pet. I have my own golden retriever, Bentley) who I have raised from a puppy (he is now 6). I am reliable, kind, and relaxed. An important note: when I board dogs I stay at my parents house as they are the ones with a big back yard. In addition to my dog being there, there is their golden (6 years) and a chihuahua mix (11 months). Thank you for reading! I have completely open availability! I am hoping to fill my days with pet care. When I’m not working with animals, I am an elementary school teacher turned substitute. We have a large, fenced yard with plenty of space to run around. There are three others dogs in my home, two golden retrievers (6yrs) and one chihuahua mix (10 months). They all get along well with cats and other dogs, and are overall very easy going.

About: I’m a big animal lover. I got my first dog 5 years ago, and trained her by myself. I love training, teaching dogs fun new tricks, going on walks and just showing all the love to any and all animals. I work a full time job. But work from home on Mondays and some Fridays. If you are comfortable with me being gone for 8 hours during the week, I’m your gal! My puppy, Mochi, would love a buddy to play with while I’m gone. I have a big, fenced back yard, lots of dog toys, and a very friendly pup who loves all dogs. I have watched and trained many of my friends dogs, so I have ample of experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds.
