About: I've taken care of dogs and cats, including my own, for as long as I can remember. I have trained my pets as well as other's in basic obedience. I like to study dog psychology and I have a bachelor's degree in psychology. I've taken care of all kinds of dogs from tiny-huge and fearful-calm temperaments. My favorite breeds to care for are large breeds, most specifically breeds like pitties, mastiffs, and dobermans, but I love all dog breeds too and love how every dog has their own unique personality. I've also cared for cats doing volunteer work and have 2 of my own. I'm currently available anytime of the week all year besides the few times per year that I travel. About: I’ve taken care of dogs from less than a year old to 15 years old! Family and friends rely on my to spend time with their pets and care for them frequently I love spending time with pets when I am not teaching and spending time with kids! About: I started my first dog walking business in elementary school walking neighborhood dogs! I have owned dogs my entire life, taking them on regular walks. Owning a reactive dog now has made me even more patient! I have attended various dog training sessions with my reactive dog and learned more about managing dog behaviors. About: I have owned lots of animals in my 30 years of life and currently have one very special 9yo mutt who is my world. I have experience with medical issues and am comfortable giving medications and caring for ill, injured or aging animals. I am also an avid walker! I adore kitties and am not bothered by the spicy ones. I had several cats growing up and have lived with or sat many more as an adult. My schedule is a bit random right now, but I have some flexibility that I'm hoping to maintain and will typically have the same schedule every week. I can't have dogs in my home since my dog doesn't always get along with others. He does great with cats, though, and has lived with 4 without issue. So I'm happy to host a cat as long as the cat is alright with dogs! My dog is very wary of cats and mostly just ignores them. I have multiple rooms in my apartment and would separate them when I'm away just as a precaution. I am happy to do home visits and have reliable transportation for such, but I would prefer not to do overnight stays so that my dog isn't alone :)

About: Every since I was a kid I have been around animals. My grandma had 3 dogs and that’s where my love for dogs started. My roommate has relied on me multiple times to take care of her cat. About: I've always had dogs in my family, including several rescue dogs which has been super rewarding. My husband and I have been fortunate to be able to retire early but we are both very active. I want to spend my spare time doing something productive that I love... caring for dogs is a perfect fit! Most of my time is spent at my home and in our back yard. I have 2 dogs that are very social and love spending time with other dogs. They will enjoy having play-dates with your dog(s). I believe that every dog deserves to be valued and loved. I limit the dogs I board to a maximum of 4 dogs at a time in order to ensure that each dog will get proper care and attention. I don't work outside of the home. If I need to run an errand or go shopping, my husband is typically home to care for the digs. Dogs are rarely left alone, but if they are, it is for no longer than 2 to 3 hours. When the weather is nice, we keep the sliding door open so that the dogs can hang out indoor or outdoors, wherever they feel most comfortable. During the colder months we let the dogs out every two to four hours. We don't crate dogs unless that's what they're used to. We allow dogs on our furniture and in our bed.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
