About: I've taken care of dogs and cats, including my own, for as long as I can remember. I have trained my pets as well as other's in basic obedience. I like to study dog psychology and I have a bachelor's degree in psychology. I've taken care of all kinds of dogs from tiny-huge and fearful-calm temperaments. My favorite breeds to care for are large breeds, most specifically breeds like pitties, mastiffs, and dobermans, but I love all dog breeds too and love how every dog has their own unique personality. I've also cared for cats doing volunteer work and have 2 of my own. I'm currently available anytime of the week all year besides the few times per year that I travel. I am working to potentially have a career with dogs. For care in the client's home, I will do whatever is instructed to me to be done for the pet. I am good at reading dog body language and understanding their needs. I've cared for fearful/avoidant dogs and hyper/clingy dogs alike. I am not able to provide care in my own home since I live with family and own 2 rescue cats.

About: Hello! My name is Claire and I want to meet your pet! I am new to Rover but am an experienced pet sitter and care provider. I have grown up, spent time with, and cared for many different types of animals in my life, and I have loved each one. I have experience with all kids of pets, from large to small, from puppies and kittens to seniors, with a wide range of personalities, activity levels, medical needs, and all those adorable little quirks that make your pet special. Does your precious baby dog need a kiss on the head and to be tucked in before bed? Easy. Does your fancy pants cat require a spotless litterbox every time? No problem. Do I need to put on a show and act like I "cooked" a gourmet kibble meal for them every time? Done. I am very comfortable assisting with any medication needs for your animal and helping train/reinforce any training regimen you may have as well. Let me go above and beyond for your pet! I currently have very open availability and I have time to focus on Rover as my primary responsibility. I am able to commit to a regular schedule of pet care. While I am unable to host your animal in my home due to the fact that I rent, I am more than happy to travel to the environment where your pet feels the most comfortable: your home and neighborhood. I am more than happy to follow any rules and routines you may have.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs from less than a year old to 15 years old! Family and friends rely on my to spend time with their pets and care for them frequently I love spending time with pets when I am not teaching and spending time with kids! It is a great way for me to stay busy and active! I have a fenced yard with a friendly 6 year old black lab and cat in the home. I love to take dogs on walks and play with them!

About: I have over 9 years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, including grooming, basic training, and pet sitting. I’ve worked with pets of all ages, temperaments, and needs. Now that I’ve moved to a more populated area and have more flexibility, I’m excited to work with animals again and support my community in a way that I’m naturally good at. I love building trust with animals and creating a calm, positive experience for them while their owners are away. My approach to pet care is calm, attentive, and tailored to each animal’s needs and routine. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely so pets feel safe and comfortable with familiar schedules, feeding times, and boundaries. In a client’s home, I respect the pet’s normal environment and keep things consistent. I provide regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and calm companionship. I also send updates and photos so owners feel connected and reassured. If caring for pets in my home, I create a safe and structured environment with plenty of supervision. Pets are never left unattended for long periods, and I prioritize slow introductions and compatibility if other animals are present. My home is pet-friendly and calm, with space to relax as well as engage in enrichment and play. Overall, I focus on safety, communication, and making sure each pet feels secure, loved, and well cared for while their family is away.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I love all animals and treat them all as if they were my own! About: I started my first dog walking business in elementary school walking neighborhood dogs! I have owned dogs my entire life, taking them on regular walks. Owning a reactive dog now has made me even more patient! I have attended various dog training sessions with my reactive dog and learned more about managing dog behaviors. I’m a teacher on summer break looking for a little extra money! I’m free all week long to help get those pups some extra exercise and fun! I own 2 dogs and we have a fenced yard. Our dogs are kennel trained but roam the house freely all day and night. I have attended dog training sessions in the past to support my reactive rescue dog.

About: Every since I was a kid I have been around animals. My grandma had 3 dogs and that’s where my love for dogs started. My roommate has relied on me multiple times to take care of her cat. I also have a lot of experience watching dogs for friends and family. My goal is to make the dog feel happy and get some extra love. I work in healthcare with a job that allows me to create my own schedule depending on my clients. I will always make sure your pet is fit in my schedule. With having an open schedule allows me to spend more time with your fur baby! I currently live in an apartment with roommates and two cat, so unfortunately I will not be able to board the animals at my place. But I’m available for all the other options. About: I’ve had dogs of my own since I was a kid. I currently have three dogs, one being a chihuahua puppy, so you can imagine the trouble they all get in. I also petsit for my neighbors two dogs and cat often! I’m currently finishing up high school in my senior year, and I’m enrolled in Running Start at Eastern Washington University, so I have a very flexible schedule. I only have one early class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and two day classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Quality time with pets is so important! Making sure hyper dogs get exercise and enrichment is a basic goal while petsitting. I also water plants, clean up, and feed pets, along with taking them on walks when requested.

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals from dogs to cats, turtles and lizards. Neighbors and friends have found me to be a reliable and respectful sitter and I’ve enjoyed all my walks and park trips! I work part time and have a flexible schedule! I usually work early afternoon to five or nine and have off days during the week. I’m available to do walks or check ins the morning and then also in the afternoon/night as long as there’s still some daylight or good street light.

About: I grew up with a golden retriever for almost 10 years and learned all of the responsibilities of walking, washing, loving, and playing with dogs and I had a 3 1/2 year old cat whom I learned to care for on my own as well for the past 3 years. I also have experience pet/house sitting and just dropping in on friends dogs or cats as a teenager. I'm currently working full time but I work remotely so it you need a house sitter, I can work from there and take breaks to play, let dog out, feed, etc. I only work Mon to Fri so can easily house sit on the weekend at any time. If you only need a dog walker, I am available after 5pm during weekdays but am available anytime on Sat and/or Sunday. I care for your dog and/or cat while house sitting by walking, feeding, bathing, and playing with them. I have a car that I can bring them to a vet, if needed.
